Modern Incheon Open Port Street Tour!
In Incheon, you can find a street full of buildings with a modern feel 😊 It's the Open Port Street located in Jung-gu, Incheon. Since it was an area where Japanese people used to live, there are still many Japanese-style modern buildings remaining. Jung-gu Office has developed this place into the distinctive Open Port Street. If you want to walk along a slightly different street, visit the Open Port Street.

Jeongdongjin Village...
Jeongdongjin area is home to many tourist attractions such as Jeongdongjin Station, Hourglass Park, Jeongdongjin Sculpture Park, and the beach. This place became a national tourist attraction after being known as the filming location for the TV drama 'Hourglass' which aired in the mid-1990s. In particular, inside Jeongdongjin Station, which is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the station closest to the sea, there are dozens of pine trees including one known as 'Go Hyun-jung's Pine Tree', which are widely used by tourists as a photo spot.
Feel the refreshing atmosphere of the coastal village by strolling around the village at sunset in the late afternoon... Although there is some regret due to a lot of development, there are also many conveniences that have come with it, so there are good points as well.
Highly recommended Cheongju restaurant!
These days, to give our father, who always grills meat for my daughters during trips, a break for the family month, we visited Cheongju's charcoal-grilled restaurant Cheonjiyeon.
It was a seasoned charcoal-grilled rib place that captivated the taste buds of my sensitive father and my sister, who has a Michelin-star level of pickiness.
We visited for lunch and had the pork charcoal grill set meal with rice in a hot pot, which came out so neatly with fresh and nutritious side dishes, and it was really delicious! Above all, the charcoal-grilled meat served by the servers themselves had the best aroma and flavor!
The interior, with its clean Hanok (traditional Korean house) atmosphere, and some seats arranged as private rooms, seemed perfect for visiting during special occasions like anniversaries or first meetings.
We had a satisfying meal with a big wrap of meat in fermented squid, scraped the rice pot clean, and poured hot water into it to finish with a perfect Korean dessert, Sungnyung.
After taking out a cup of coffee from Blue Coffee located in the same building and taking a walk in the nearby Toad Park, it was a really enjoyable date with my father☺️

Gangneung Bawoo-gil... Trekking around Jeongdongjin area..
Gangneung Bawoo-gil is a trekking course with a total length of 350 km, connecting the East Sea from Baekdudaegan centered around the Gangneung area, including Gyeongpo (鏡浦) and Jeongdongjin (正東津). It consists of 16 sections of Gangneung Bawoo-gil, 2 sections of Daegwallyeong Bawoo-gil [Daegwallyeong National Forest Trail, Daegwallyeong Snow Flower Village Trail], Ultra Bawoo-gil, and Valley Bawoo-gil.
'Bawoo' refers to rocks in the Gangwon Province dialect, and thus 'Bawoo-gil' is a term affectionately used to describe the trekking course centered around Gangneung. Additionally, the name 'Bawoo-gil' was inspired by the goddess 'Bau' from Babylonian mythology, who could heal serious illnesses with just a single touch, expressing the hope that everyone who walks this path will become healthy.
If you go to Ulleungdo, you must try the mackerel sashimi bowl.
📍Mystic Island Sashimi Restaurant
Gyeongbuk, Ulleung-gun, Ulleung-eup, Ulleung Circulation Road 592
For those who dislike raw fish dishes, there's no helping it, but if you love them, you must try it 🥲 The mackerel sashimi bowl is really delicious. Its sour, sweet, and tangy taste will surely melt away the summer heat! When you're almost done eating, having it with some thin wheat noodles will also give you the best satisfaction!
A place that's beautiful during the day but becomes 1000% more beautiful at night.
I'll let you know a must-visit spot when you go to Namwon.
A place that was beautiful during the day, but even more so at night,
especially after renting a Hanok, it becomes even more beautiful.
Even though I didn't visit on a sunny day, the sunlight was really beautiful.
If you're planning a trip to Namwon, I recommend visiting with a Hanbok rental.
Free admission with Hanbok rental.

Damien Hirst's work at Arario Square!!
I visited Arario Square in Cheonan, where you can view the works of various contemporary artists, including Damien Hirst and Keith Haring, for free. It was simply astonishing to be able to easily view the contemporary works of such famous artists on a street frequented by many people. Walking along the path filled with artistic sensibility while admiring the magnificent and grand works was a delightful experience^^

✔️Location: 7-4, Hwaseomun-ro 32beon-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do
✔️Hours: 12:00~20:00
Muniverse is a must-visit prop shop for Suwon kidults. It's located in the alley of Haenggung-dong, a hot place, with a striking yellow exterior. The store itself is small, but it's well-stocked with character goods as the main product. It's colorful and a good place to visit with children. There's even a second branch that sells desserts, so be sure to check it out~
A Japanese Sentiment-Filled Indoor Date Course.
🔸Dotori Forest AK Plaza Suwon Branch
✔️Location: 5th Floor, 924 Deokyoung-daero, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do
Dotori Forest is a prop shop filled with exotic Japanese sentiment, as if you've come on a trip to Japan. There are plenty of famous character goods and photo zones set up here and there, making it a great place to take pictures. As soon as you enter the store, the background music starts to play, stimulating a sense of childhood wonder in a fantastic space. It's a place with a lot to see, especially for kidult couples.
Central Buckwheat Noodles, a tradition since 1956 in Jungang-dong.
📍Address: 9-1, Jungang-daero 49beon-gil, Jung-gu, Busan
📍Ambience/Facilities: An old but clean and well-maintained restaurant with a long-standing reputation
📍Key Points
When you think of buckwheat noodles in Jungang-dong, Central Buckwheat Noodles is the place to go. The broth is a bit sweet and rich, which is delicious. Although there are no pickled radishes, it's perfect when slurped with some yellow mustard mixed in. And you must order the inari sushi to eat together. As the weather gets warmer, there might be a wait during lunchtime, but the line usually moves quickly.
📍Average Price per Person: 8,000 won
📍Rating: 3.5/5
Dasot Restaurant, famous for its stone pot rice, main branch (Songjeong branch).
📍Address: 6th floor, White Dew Building, 29 Songjeong Gwangeogol-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan (formerly Soojeong Building)
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: Spacious facility with ocean view
📍Key Points
Dasot Restaurant, which also has a store in a department store, I ended up eating here on my way to Songjeong because it was decent when I ate at Lotte Department Store, but somehow it seemed less impressive than when I ate at the department store.,.,? Since you can enjoy the ocean view at a nearby cafe, I don't think it's that important haha I don't think I would come all the way to Songjeong just for this.
📍Average price per person: 17,000 won
📍Rating: 3/5
Central-dong's Office Workers' Favorite: Daenamoo House's Dakbokkeumtang
📍Address: 8-3, Daecheong-ro 137beon-gil, Jung-gu, Busan
📍Ambience/Facilities: Classic old-style restaurant
📍Key Points
Although it has been featured on YouTube, this Dakbokkeumtang restaurant was already famous among office workers in Central-dong. The taste might seem ordinary with a hint of curry flavor, but it occasionally comes to mind. The potato pancakes are delicious, and the ramen noodles are especially good. I highly recommend trying it with extra ramen noodles.
📍Average Price per Person: Medium-sized Dakbokkeumtang 25,000 KRW

Happy Sokcho Trip with Family🩵 Recommendations for Restaurants/Cafes/Beaches!
I enjoyed a 1-night 2-day domestic trip to Sokcho with my family!
I'll share the information about the recommended restaurants/cafes/beaches that I visited🩵
✔️ Gyeongpo Beach
I stayed at the Skybay Gyeongpo Hotel right in front of the beach, which is said to be the most famous beach in Sokcho!
It's crowded and the sea is beautiful, so I recommend it.
✔️ Gangneung Dakgangjeong
There are many dakgangjeong (sweet and crispy chicken) places, but the Gangneung dakgangjeong with scorched rice and corn topping is the best!
✔️ Gallery Baps
The savory Chodang corn coffee is a must-have, two cups per person!
A Makgeolli Bar with a Variety of Delicious Korean Snacks, Mueon Makgeolli.
📍Address: B1, 27 Bupyeong 2-gil, Jung-gu, Busan
📍Ambience/Facilities: A spacious and atmospheric bar
📍Key Points
It's not just a Korean bar with only hot pots; you can tell they are always considering their menu. The menu has been changing since I first visited. The Korean beef handmade dumpling hot pot is delicious. It's filling for two people, and just right for three.
📍Average Price per Person: 30,000 KRW

Haeundae's Signature Brunch Spot, Praha.
📍Address: 1st floor, 42 U-dong 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan
📍Ambiance/Facilities: The exterior exudes a European vibe, making it a quaint brunch cafe
📍Key Points
The atmosphere is nice. The menu items are also quite good. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, though. However, the limited number of tables makes it quiet, and the spacing between tables is not too cramped, which was great for enjoying brunch
📍Average Price per Person: 15,000 KRW
📍Rating: 3/5
The representative brunch cafe in Nampo-dong, Vamonos.
📍Address: 2nd floor, Vamonos Cafe, 33, Gwangbok-ro 49beon-gil, Jung-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A clean white-toned modern atmosphere
📍Key Points
It's a brunch cafe that has been established for a long time. There must be a reason why it has maintained its reputation until now. First of all, the brunch menu is abundant and the taste is decent. It's not incredibly delicious, but it's exactly what you expect from brunch.
📍Average price per person: 15,000 won

The famous Changwon's restaurant, Dohyungmin's Table, has landed in Jeonpo-dong!
📍Address: 2nd Floor, 11, Jeonpo-daero 186beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A typically clean restaurant
📍Key Points
If you look at the introduction on Naver Maps, there's a lot written about not wanting to become famous and various other things, but the taste doesn't live up to the grand introduction. There's nothing particularly memorable about the taste, and it all just feels so-so. I went there with a friend, and both of us have no intention of revisiting, and we haven't been back since.
📍Average Price per Person: 15,000 won
📍Rating: 2.5/5
A Little Europe You Can Meet at the International Market, Cafe Hipcup
📍Address: 1st Floor, 12 Junggu-ro 30beon-gil, Jung-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: European sensibility and modern interior
📍Key Points
As you can see from the photos, the outdoor seating imbued with European sensibility is quite the highlight! It's like a different world that suddenly pops up in the middle of the actual market. They also sell desserts like salt bread and butter bars, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee in terms of location and various aspects.
📍Average Price per Person: About 9,000 won

A Cafe in Gimhae Embracing a Large Botanical Garden, Albero.
📍Address: 93-14, Dongnam-ro 49beon-gil, Daedong-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
📍Ambiance/Facilities: A wood tone that matches well with the botanical garden
📍Key Points
There is a huge botanical garden. It's scattered all over the cafe, like in sections 1, 2, and so on. You can just look around the botanical garden and sit inside to eat. The interior space is also decent. They sell beverages and bakery items, and I've tried the drinks. The taste was just so-so.
📍Average Price per Person: 6,000 won

Taste the Long-Standing Tradition of Kalguksu at Gyoraewonjo Kalguksu near Saryeoni.
📍Address: 645, Bijarim-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju City, Jeju
📍Ambiance/Facilities: A large-scale restaurant with the vibe of a famous eatery
📍Key Points
It's delicious. I didn't know it was famous, but I saw people coming to eat. It feels different from the usual chicken kalguksu I think of, but Gyoraewonjo's unique flavor is also good. The kimchi goes well with the kalguksu, so I enjoyed it.
📍Average Price per Person: 11,000 KRW
📍Rating: 4/5
A Small Cafe in Jeonpo-dong
📍Address: 43-3, Jeonpo-daero 186beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan (Jeonpo-dong)
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A hideout-like space
📍Key Points
The pudding here is not layered with syrup like in other places, but with coffee instead. I can't drink coffee, but somehow the bitterness of the coffee and the pudding went well together, and I enjoyed it. The pudding itself was also delicious. There are no beverages, but the decaffeinated coffee was good too.
Above all, I loved the atmosphere of the small space itself.
📍Average Price per Person: 7,000 won
📍Rating: 4.5/5
A cafe reminiscent of the legendary paradise, Seonyudo-won.
📍Address: 64, Sanghyeon-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A neat building with a view of Hoedong Reservoir
📍Key Points
The cafe Seonyudo-won has a unique architecture, named after the mythical paradise where immortals are said to frolic. It's a large cafe that offers desserts and boasts a view of Hoedong Reservoir. There are many hidden spaces, so it would be nice to find a spot you like and enjoy a coffee. However, the green tea latte was disappointing because the chunks weren't dissolved.
📍Average Price per Person: 6,000 to 7,000 won
📍Rating: 3/5
Famous for Cute Bread: Niwa Bakery in Jeonpo
📍Address: 61-1 Dongseong-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan
📍Ambience/Facilities: A small cafe with a charming atmosphere
📍Key Points
Famous for turtle melon bread, dog bread, and also known for yakisoba bread and pudding. But everything was just so-so. The yakisoba bread was the least impressive. I tried the bagel, and while it wasn't outstanding, it was the best among them. Perhaps the basic bread might be better.
📍Average Price per Person: KRW 4,000
📍Rating: 3/5
A trendy cafe waiting in Gwangalli, Helmet.
📍Address: 22 1-2 floors, Suyeong-ro 554beon-gil, Suyeong-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: Interior that coexists with the vintage charm and European atmosphere
📍Key Points
The interior is charming. It has a strong European vibe. They've paid attention to the vintage feel, even the floor tiles add to the atmosphere. The Chamnamul Pasta may not taste like chamnamul, but it's a delicious basil pasta. Using fusilli was a stroke of genius. The pain au chocolat is also decent.
📍Average Price per Person: 7,000 won for drinks
📍Rating: 3.5/5
Thrill on the Mug, a newly opened ocean view cafe in Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo.
📍Address: 55 Haeyang Healing-ro, Yeongdo-gu, Busan
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A place with both a zip line facility and a cafe
📍Key Points
It's a new ocean view cafe in Yeongdo. The prices are not cheap. I had a scone for the bread, and it was just okay. The drinks are so-so. There's a space for performances like jazz concerts, and you can sit facing the sea in a stair-like arrangement. It seems like a good place to zone out on the outdoor seats.
📍Average Price per Person: 7,000 won
📍Rating: 3/5
Thank You Very Cake, a Cafe Famous for Cakes in Jeonpo-dong.
📍Address: 1st Floor, 37, Dongseong-ro 15beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan
📍Ambiance/Facilities: A combination of wood tones and vintage
📍Key Points
I went to the cafe because it is famous for cakes. The taste is not amazing, but it's decent. It's similar to the taste of State, but it felt hygienic because there's a case! However, the spacing between the tables was a bit narrow, which was a downside. It feels too crowded even with just a few people.
📍Average Price per Person: 7,000 won

📍Atmosphere/Facilities: A neat space with bar seats
📍Key Points
I went here to get into the holiday spirit at the end of the year. The second floor is a Hanwoo barbecue restaurant, and the first floor is an Omakase space with bar seats, which is great because you can watch the chef cook. The Hanwoo menu keeps coming out, and each and every dish is delicious. There wasn't a single disappointing menu item. The composition changes every time, but I liked everything when I went.
