Street Art Capital of the World
Valparaiso is a bustling port city and one of our favorites in South America.
The big draw is the incredible amount of street art. It’s everywhere!
Besides that, you’re right next to the Pacific Ocean, which means you can take a dip or an evening boat ride to take in the city lights.
Tips:
☀️ Take a free walking tour from the main square in order to learn more about the history and art all around you. Look for the guides in the striped shirts.
☀️ It’s very hilly, so wear good shoes for walking around.
☀️ Be sure to take the asensores, Valparaiso’s unique public transit system of elevators.

🔹Rent a kayak in town to paddle around the fjord.
🔹The national park is about 30 minutes from town. Hostels and hotels in town will help you arrange transport.

Kayak Through Marble Caves ✨
Kayaking through these marble caves had been on our bucket list for a while!
Puerto Rio Tranquilo is on the shores of Lago General Carrera, deep in the heart of Chilean Patagonia. 🇨🇱
Here, you can kayak through sparkling turquoise waters and marble caves.
If you’re planning a trip through Patagonia, be sure to add it to your list!
🔹 Kayak tours can be booked on the Main Street, near the lake.
🔹 Power boat tours are also offered. They cover a larger area, but you won’t be able to kayak through the caves.

365 days active “Volcano Villerrica” at pucon
The Villarrica Volcano, which is 2,847 meters high, is the unquestionable figure in the national park bearing the same name and one of the biggest attractions for visitors to the tourist city of Pucón. Its original name is Rucapillán, which in the Mapuche tonge mens “house of the devil”. It would seem as if the devil still lived inside the Villarrica Volcano, because it has been one of the most active volcanoes in South America in the last few decades.#chile #adventure #tours #landscape
