Brežice Castle Travel on the national railway company, Slovenske Zeleznice (SZ) to reach Brezice town from Ljubljana main train station to Brezice train station, it is a scenic train ride on the Bohinj railway, which connects the Alpine valleys of Bohinj and the Soča River. Entrance fee is required. One of the castle in town Brezice,which is my favorite. The construction remains since 1600s where original castle was probably constructed by Salzburgians in the 12`th century for administrative and defense purposes. The walls and ceilings are beautifully decorated by the centuries which you will feel touched upon viewing it. (Not crowded) 3. Ljubljana castle Travel to castle via walking or funicular from Ljubljana town. Suggest take funicular up single way and walk down from castle for different joy and experience of the trip. Castle is situated at hilltop, behind ancient walls, is a rich world of historical and cultural and art. Entrance fee is required for castle. Castle top has amazing city view and best for sunrise and sunset experience.

#europetrip I would say this place is O.K. The ambience is quite nice, the inside area is nice and cozy, although I would say, the outdoor furniture is quite cheap. The staff is very polite and professional. However, I think they could be a bit more efficient. The coffee here is really nice. No sour notes. The 'strength' of the coffee is, I would say, medium. So not a very strong and bitter coffee, but just how I would usually prefer it.

The ambience is very cute outside. We ordered coffee and croissants (2). The croissants were a bit dry as we went during their closing timings. The people were extra friendly and very kind people. It's located in the heart of the city, it has all day breakfast options.

We ordered at the counter and the staff brought the coffee and food to our table. It looks like a small place but there is a lot of seating upstairs. All the food and the coffee was very good. 2 weeks solo trip with landing to Munich, then head to Austria to stay in Ehrwald town. Go to the Zugspitze for a day trip by cable car. And go around the area for easy day trip. Train to Salzburg for few days and travel by train to Bled, from there I do 2 days solo hike to Triglav which is the highest mountain in Slovenia and stay overnight in mountain hut. The hiking trail is with alot of stone and sharp ascending so helmet and safety harness is a must for own safety. #europe #solotrip

#fallishere Milka hotel is a very beautiful high end hotel with the most amazing view of the mountains and Lake Jasna at it's feet. It is the perfect spot to start your hikes into the mountains, admire the most pristine mountain river you have ever seen and discover the national park. Breakfast is copious and high quality. We chose the smallest room and it had a bathtub with a view of the mountains, truly a an experience to take a bath like that. Their soaps and extra's are very nice en high quality. The beds are to die for, really really good. *Some points of improvement*: the room was dusty when we arrived. As in dust from at least a week behind the bath. We requested an extra clean and that was arranged fast.

What a great place Slovenia was. I really liked it and it was brilliant and so beautiful. The food was truly wonderful and the people were great. It was not very expensive and I liked every moment of my trip. I would hands down fully recommend visiting the country and especially the capital city Ljubljana because it is one of the most pretty places I have ever been to!
