Scottish Highland cattle. Does anyone know how it is called. Anyway it is so cute and lovely 😍
Not every place has a unique view that is unforgettable, and Scotland is fortunate to be a place to be remembered and imagined. It can be used to describe Scotland. It is unique in the UK.
The natural scenery such as lakes, snow-capped mountains, grasslands, and oceans makes people feel immersed in the sky and the tragic and tragic, letting people fall for it.
Itinerary:
Edinburgh-Glasgow-Lomemount-Scottish Highlands (pathway)-Glenco Grand Canyon (via)-Three Sisters (pathway)-Nors Lake source (Fort Augustus , Augustusburg) - Inverness
along the A82 of Scotland's most beautiful scenic road, we came to the long-awaited Scottish Highlands. Passing through the quiet and wide Glencoe Gorge, it was once the location of famous movies such as "Brave Heart". We are all on the road to the vastness and tragic of the Scottish Highlands. Because the weather is fine, even if it is taken from the car. The scenery that comes out is also very beautiful. The beauty of the Scottish Highlands is not at one of the attractions, but on the way.
Self-drive tour of the Scottish Highlands
The Scottish Highlands are really perfect for self-driving!
The coastal road of the Isle of Skye is absolutely beautiful when the weather is good!
Although the roads are quite narrow, everyone is considerate and gives way, making for a very pleasant experience haha the scenery along the way is very stunning

Harry Potter train bridge 🤩
THIS ONE’S FOR YOU POTTERHEADS!
Studying in Edinburgh gave me the opportunity to spend much time in the Scottish Highlands, and the most famous Harry Potter landmark there has to be the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct 🏴✨
👉🏼 To take pics with the train and iconic billowing smoke, do go during the summer as the train doesn’t run during winter 👈🏼
Other than the bridge, there are many beautiful places to visit in the Scottish Highlands and the drive there is so gorgeous and mesmerizing, road trips are always fun whether you’re a Potterhead or not 🤗

Glenfinnan Viaduct
Address - A830 Rd, Glenfinnan PH37 4LT, United Kingdom
Highlights - Railway viaduct. Used for several Harry Potter movies. Scenic spot.
Rating - 5/5
Woooo. One of the lovely place for Harry Potter fans to visit! So this scenic spot is where Harry Potter movies are being filmed to head to Hogwarts!
I would recommend if you are heading there, two things to note:
1. Do check on the train timing as I heard that it will only pass by twice in a day (1 in Morning, another in Afternoon) if you would like to capture the moment.
2. Do estimated around 30 - 40 minutes time as you may want to capture some pictures while hiking and there might be a wait as the train does a pit stop at Glenfinnan station!
You may want to drive there with friends but parking needs to be paid. But I would also suggest to go there via tour as they would plan out the itinerary well and know when to bring you there during the time and following tour, you might have the priority to explore the places and get yourself a nice spot first.

Detailed 3-day, 2-night experience on Scotland's Isle of Skye, per person cost over 2k+
🌈Seeing many people share how beautiful the Isle of Skye is, I really wanted to go! Giving a shoutout to the Isle of Skye because it's truly beautiful! 💯Studying in the UK, you really should visit at least once! It's free, wild, and primitive, and you don't need to interact with humans, haha, with its main attractions being the natural landscapes and fewer people. 💗

You can experience eight seasons in one day, and for girls, wearing leggings is the most appropriate, as they are convenient for travel and photo-taking.

🌟Group tour experience:
I think the itinerary is very worthwhile, 👀because it almost passes through most of the attractions of the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye, which my classmates didn't get with the Chinese tour group! (Each place has a 15-20 minute stop, with longer stops at major attractions. Departing at 8:30 am and returning to the accommodation by 6:30 pm, with pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient) The most memorable part was that the driver also took us to touch the Highland cows, which were super cute. 💗

Fort Willam is a town in western Scottish highland on the shores of Loch Linne. The train station is the famous Harry Potter Jacobite steam train from Fort William to Mallaig. Fort William
Address - Tom-na-Faire, Station Square, Fort William PH33 6TQ, United Kingdom (Located just beside Fort William Station)
Highlights - Shopping street. Good place for people who are looking for a place to stay. Mountain scenic.
Rating - 5/5
Dropping by Fort William? This should be one of the spot that you should visit, as I would say everything that you are looking for, you will be able to find it.
My friends and I walked around Fort William and went to a pub for lunch. Around Fort William, most of the restaurants are pubs since it's very cold and locals like to warm themselves with a drink.
As we walked around the street after lunch, we stopped into a store to buy some winter clothes. This is a great place to get winter clothes as the higher you go, the colder it gets.
In addition to this, there are many hotels within walking distance from here for those who are looking for somewhere to stay and a few supermarkets nearby for you to purchase your necessities.

Loch Ness Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Loch Ness - Scotland, UK
Loch Ness, the legendary freshwater lake that you will mentioned when someone talks about Scotland. Located near to Inverness, it is known worldwide for the mystical creature - Loch Ness Monster (or known as Nessie). But beyond the folklore, Loch Ness offers breathtaking natural beauty & a captivating history.
Loch Ness stretches approximately 23 miles long & reaching a whooping 700 feet depth, bringing it to be the second largest Scottish loch by surface area. The surrounding landscape features rugged mountains, rolling hills & dense forest, while the deep, dark waters of the loch add an air mystery & intrigue to the experience.
The main attraction of Loch Ness would undoubtedly be the legend - Loch Ness Monster, but over the years there isn’t any scientific or actual sighting of the creature.
In summary, Loch Ness is not only a place shrouded in myth & legend, but also a stunning natural wonder for you to admire the scenic beauty & historical treasures nearby. I’m sure you will enjoy your time here, and better keep an eye out for Loch Ness Monster when you’re there!
You can reach Loch Ness by car, bus, train or by joining day tours. It’s approximately 13 miles from Inverness & there are regular bus services from Inverness too!

The Scottish highlands 🏔️
#celebratewithtrip
These are my *MUST SEE* spots in the Scottish highlands
Starting with the three sisters of Glencoe:
The view alone is absolutely worth going there!
We walked trough the area for over 3 hours and it was the most amazing thing!
Fort William:
It’s very close to the three sisters, so it definitely makes sense to go there afterwards. We stopped there for a little snack and coffee break and we discovered a great little café called the wildcat. Definitely a must go to cafe!!
The Isle of Sky:
You should consider checking out this island for at least 2-3 days! There are so many great mountains to climb and the view from up there can’t be described in words!!
Isle of Arran:
Very small Island, but so worth it!! I’ll definitely come back there!!
Loch Ness and Inverness:
Inverness is a must Stop for all Outlander Fans! and for all mystery fans - check out if you can spot Nessi!
We went there by bus, but I’d definitely recommend renting a car for this whole trip, because you can see a lot more and are free to stop when- and wherever you want!
bonus tip: stop at the Harry Potter bridge and watch the train pass by!

Eilean Donan is a small island at the confluence of three sea Lochs at western highland scotland. The entrance fee is £10 and it is operated by charitable trust. Several tour operators are operating day tours to the castle or you can take buses from Portree or Plockton. The castle had its own visitor centre, which includes a coffee shop and gifts shop. Ample car parking is available on site with a snack shop within the entrance to the centre. Inside the building there are staff to guide you along and control human traffic which some places are too small to go up and down.
