Wat Phutthanimit Phu Khao Ban Na Si Nuan, Tambon Sahatsakhan, is located on top of Phu Khao. It houses a 2 metre long and 25 centimeters wide rock relief depicting an antique reclining Buddha image resting on his left side. The locals hold the Buddha image with high regard. Every year in April, a bathing ritual will be held to commemorate the Buddha image.
