While hiking here you can explore different geological formations and red rock landscapes. While the hike is doable, I recommend carrying a water bottle with you. It’s a nice way to explore the dessert. Spring is the perfect season to hike here. Definitely check this place out. You will enjoy the peace and solitude here. In Egypt, there is a beach where horses roam around 4-5 o'clock when the sun sets. It is Laguna Beach, which has an emerald lagoon south of Dahab. When travelling to Sharm el Sheikh to celebrate the anniversary we were searching for some interesting place to go except the ocean and beach. Accidentally I have seen the pictures of red mountains located not far from the city and we asked a local travel agency about the tour to that place. The next day we were already inside the bus heading to this amazing place. The tour includes other stops as well but the red canyon was something unique for Egypt. #celebrateit

It is very convenient to find accommodation within a five to ten minute walk from the bus station. This is a paradise for backpackers. 🐠Scuba diving, here you can enjoy cost-effective Red Sea diving, numerous dive shops and abundant dive sites, and low-cost scuba diving courses. You will definitely find one that suits you. ☀️The temperature difference between day and night in Dahapu in winter is very large.
