When the surf wasn't good enough, we looked for nearby things and found this cave. We got there and the price was 60k which sounded high. We bargained a little but it would have been worth the 60k. It was secluded and the light coming through the openings made it a very peaceful and beautiful spot, despite the millions of bats and cockroaches. If you don't like bats, don't worry because you have to travel deeper into the cave where it's darker to be at risk of being touched or pooped on; the beginning is beautiful and safe. There are so many hidden bays and hotels in southern Lombok! Many people only know the three Gili Islands in the northwest corner of Lombok, but not the southern Gili Islands, where you can surf and snorkel! The three pristine islands on the southwest side of Lombok: Gili Nanngu, Gili Kedis, and Gili Sudak. Gili Nanngu is like a fairyland, with crystal-clear waters and schools of fish visible from the shore. The smallest romantic island, Gili Kedis, can be circled on foot in five minutes. It is a paradise for starfish, with hundreds and thousands of starfish and baby starfish underwater. After a long day, return to the hotel and relax. We stayed at a resort between Kuta Beach and Selong Belanak Beach in southern Lombok. It is a newly opened boutique design hotel with only 20 villas. The hotel's restaurant and pool offer stunning cliffside ocean views, and the picnic-style afternoon tea and hotel spa are both excellent and worth experiencing! The hotel is also very convenient to the two popular beaches mentioned earlier. To the east is Kuta Beach, one of the busiest areas in Lombok, and to the west is Selong Belanak Beach, which is great for surfing! In addition, the pristine and wild Tanjung Ann Beach and Mawun Beach are also very beautiful!
