The Zigong Dinosaur Museum is divided into three floors, with the main exhibits being the Dashanpu dinosaur fossil burial site and the excavated dinosaur fossils. The exhibition is divided into three parts: the first part focuses on basic knowledge related to dinosaurs, such as biological evolution, fossils, geological ages, dinosaur evolution and classification, etc.; the second part mainly introduces various types of dinosaur fossils from Dashanpu; the third part is the dinosaur burial site, where a large-scale excavation site is displayed to the public.
Shenhai Ancient Salt Well and Salt Industry History Museum: Shenhai Ancient Salt Well is located in Changyantang, Da'an District, Zigong City. It was dug in the third year of the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty (1823) and is the first well over a kilometer deep in China that was drilled using the 'impact drilling method'. It still retains the well frame and winch, and you can appreciate the ancient salt well style. Shenhai Ancient Salt Well is also the first well in the world that is over a kilometer deep.
The Salt Industry History Museum is located at No. 107 Jiefang East Road, Ziliujing District, Zigong City. It was built in 1959 and is one of the earliest salt industry museums established in the history of China's museum development. It is currently the only salt industry history museum in China. The main content of the museum is the collection, research, display, and protection of China's salt industry historical relics, mainly well salt. The museum is composed of two ancient buildings, one is the Xiqin Guild Hall and its affiliated buildings, which are national key cultural relics protection units; the other is the Wangye Temple, a cultural relics protection unit in Sichuan Province.
Lantern Park: The Lantern Park is located at No. 6 Gongyuan Road, Ziliujing District, Zigong City. It covers an area of 103,000 square meters, of which the water area is 7,500 square meters. The Lantern Museum is currently the only professional museum in China about lantern culture. It is located in the Lantern Park in Zigong City. Ziliujing Old Street: Located in Ziliujing District, Zigong City, the old city center, its range extends from the roadside well to Huojing Tuo, with a total length of 1.5 kilometers.
