Taipei's hidden gems | The back garden of the National Palace Museum in Taipei, where you can experience a quiet moment
My dears! Don't just visit the National Palace Museum in Taipei. The Zhishan Garden next to it is amazing. You will miss it if you miss it🐾
I went there for the bald cypress, but I found this "paradise" by chance. As soon as I walked into Zhishan Garden, the ancient and fragrant atmosphere hit me, and I felt like I was traveling through time and space.
There is a pond in the garden, which is full of lively koi. You can feed the fish, watch the fish and birds. I was very lucky that day. I happened to see a night heron catching small fish. It was so interesting to watch it enjoy a "seafood feast"😂
Walking along the gurgling water, the breeze was blowing on my face, and it was very comfortable. When I was tired, I sat in the comfortable pavilion to rest and quietly enjoy the tranquility.
I really love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere here. It is very suitable for walking around on holidays, basking in the sun and relaxing. And the point is, it is free to visit here, no entrance fee is charged, it is really conscience😎
📍Zhishan Garden is located at No. 221, Section 2, Zhishan Road, Shilin District, Taipei City, but please note that every Monday is a closed day. Next time you come to Taipei, you must come to Zhishan Garden to experience this unique beauty!
