Hello, Quzhou, a treasure city overshadowed by duck heads.
"Quzhou"
A treasure tourist city overshadowed by delicious food
Before I went, my impression of Quzhou was only Quzhou duck heads
After I went, I realized that this city is far from simple
Every street seems to tell you its 1800-year history. If you are also obsessed with delicious food and ancient cities, then citywalk in Quzhou will definitely make your trip worthwhile💃
·
🚉About transportation
High-speed rail directly to Quzhou Station, city buses and taxis are very convenient.
·
⛩Two-day and one-night itinerary:
Day 1: Quzhou Museum➡️ Confucian Academy➡️ Confucius Temple➡️ Mazhandi➡️ Quzhou Auditorium➡️ Qingyuelai➡️ Shuitingmen
Day 2: Songyuan Vegetable Market➡️ Longyou County Museum➡️ Longyou Folk House Garden➡️ Longyou Nanmen Historical and Cultural District➡️ Mudan Art Museum
·
🗺About check-in points:
1️⃣ Quzhou Museum
The museum is divided into two parts, Wannian Quzhou and Wuzhou Kiln Ancient Porcelain. The biggest highlight is the "Lizhen Jiangshan Dinosaur Fossil". A 4-meter-high dinosaur fossil skeleton is the largest and most complete new species of lizard dinosaur ever discovered in Zhejiang Province. Super shocking;
2️⃣ Confucius Temple
One of the only two Confucius Temples in China, the Confucius Temple's ticket gift is also very creative, a small copy of the Analects. Be sure to visit the back garden, the imperial garden has a unique flavor;
3️⃣ Quzhou Auditorium
Rated by netizens as the most beautiful civil affairs bureau, the red house marriage registration office is very photogenic. Be sure to take a photo with your loved one in front of the love wall. The atmosphere is directly full. Climb the stairs to the top floor, you can also overlook the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Qujiang River;
4️⃣ Qingyuelai
The highest commercial complex in the city, with Quzhou's first rooftop 360° viewing platform. The elevator directly reaches the 10th floor of Lizhentai, overlooking the entire Quzhou city. It is recommended to go in the evening, the sunset and evening glow bring a different romantic feeling to this city. If you are tired from playing, come here and enjoy the evening breeze;
5️⃣ Shuitingmen
A historical district with well-preserved traditional Quzhou features. There are many cultural and creative shops, cafes, and bookstores. The most recommended are Nan Kong's grandfather's study and Tianwang Tower. There are also starlight pier concerts and markets at night;
6️⃣ Longyou County Museum
Although it is a county museum, it is still shocking. The museum's exterior design incorporates both the courtyard concept of Si Shui Gui Tang and modern style elements. It is very informative, especially about the evolution of geology and historical ecology;
7️⃣ Longyou Folk House Garden
Built in the Ming Dynasty, the buildings are mostly Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou architecture. Many are commercial houses or official residences, and the white walls and blue tiles are very photogenic;
🦆About food
8️⃣ Mazhandi
The whole street is full of authentic Quzhou old shops, Lao Pei duck head, Dong Dadabao cake, crystal cake girl, Suqin egg roll, etc., your mouth can't stop at all;
9️⃣ Songyuan Vegetable Market
To appreciate a city, of course, you have to start from the most lively vegetable market. This is the locals' favorite morning tea street. I recommend Songyuan Guodai Cake, Duze Sausage, Egg Cake, Crystal Cake and other local specialties;
🛀About accommodation
It is recommended to stay near Shuitingmen, which is only a few hundred meters away from most scenic spots, making it very convenient to go out;

Dr.Manny
Before I came to Ganzhou, I heard that there is a Confucius Temple. It is one of the two remaining Confucius temples in the country. Tickets are half-words of the size of a postman. They are taken from the semi-analects of the world. The Confucius Temple in Zhangzhou was built in line with the Confucius Cultural Park, the Chinese Confucianism Museum, and the Zhangzhou City Museum. The core circle of the Confucian culture in Zhangzhou was drawn.
