Finding the murals is like playing a real-life game of "Spot the Difference." They offer majority local Malaysia foods and combination of matcha latte that the matcha is supplied by Niko Neko matcha (one of the famous matcha supplier in Malaysia). This hotel is located in the busy Jalan Sultan Ismail and it is just 5-10mins walking distance to Pavillion Kuala Lumpur. Personally love this hotel because of the location and also the upper class atmosphere it offers. From the main entrance with giant spiral staircase, to the walking man art piece, and simplistic elegant facade of this building!

To my surprise, this restaurant offer upper average standard of indian food! We had paneer butter, thosai masala, ginger tea and egg briyani, it is a perfection of colour, taste and smell! Totally loving it and I would strongly recommend you to come and try!

This Hari Raya Aidilfitri festive season was celebrated to the fullest in this shopping mall as the decoration are exactly what the kampung is all about. Personally love this place as it is very chill and relax, you could have a temporary getaway from the busy city even though this mall is located at the city centre. If you notice, two stretches of cafe / restaurant / patisserie and dessert shops are well prepared to welcome you at anytime!

#kualalumpurtrip This is my second time visiting Verrona Hills twice in the same week as the first time that we were surprised by the pastries. This time around, we came for the cafe food! We ordered their vegetarian opted aglio olio, vegetarian creamy mushroom carbonara and the tiramisu. I can tell you, this is the best pasta and tiramisu I ever had in a long time. Admission is free. And most importantly, the photos are beautiful. It's worth coming. 02: Petronas Twin Towers Petronas check! One of the twin towers that was once known as the tallest in the world. Connected by a sky bridge, it's a popular check-in point that you can't miss. It can be called an icon of Kuala Lumpur. It can be seen from many angles. We'll take you to take photos around this building. 03: Pintasan Saloma Walking from the Petronas Towers, you'll find a tunnel that's just as beautiful to take photos of. It's another angle that's worth the walk. From this angle, you can still see the Petronas Towers, beautifully standing out behind. So we took beautiful pictures of both of them together. It was a beautiful end to Day 1. 04: Ho Kow Hainam Kopitiam The morning of the second day started with a Malaysian-style breakfast in Chinatown. A famous kopitiam shop that had a long line of people since it opened. The menu is sandwiches, tea, and coffee. 05: Fung Wong Biscuit Walking a little further, we found a tea shop where most of the customers were locals. The dessert here is Chinese mooncakes. The shop is beautiful and shady, with a great atmosphere. 06: Bookxcess This is the only place you need to go right now! From an old cinema to a super cool bookstore. It is located on the second floor of the RexKL building. I must say that this place is really cool. It feels like our Lido. Inside, there are many cool cafes and shops. 07: Pandan Republic When the weather is hot, stop by for some ice cream to cool down. The soft serve is delicious as its reputation suggests. Most importantly, the shop is beautiful for taking pictures, and there are many places to take pictures in the surrounding area. Another street worth visiting 08: Sultan Abdul Samad Building In the evening, we come to chill and wait to take pictures of the beautiful night lights here. The wide lawn has beautiful buildings as a background. The air in the evening is really nice. 09: River of Life Anyone walking this way can stop and take pictures at this bridge. At night, the lights are very beautiful. It is a popular check-in spot for photographers. 10: Lalaport Who would have thought that just a staircase angle like this could make pictures come out so cute! The stairs are lit up and the graphics change all the time. Looking at this, there are a lot of people waiting to take pictures. 11: Jalan Remmbia Street Art An arty area with graffiti on both sides of the road. It is a photo spot for both Thai and foreign Instagrammers. 12: Bukit Bintang The most trendy and trendy area in Kuala Lumpur. It has shopping malls, restaurants, and branded shops. Anyone looking for a place to shop or walk around can stop by here. The buildings are well-designed and very beautiful. 13: Three Years Old Cafe A beautiful cafe with good lighting in the Bukit Bintang area. The shop is white and minimalist. At first, I was confused. Are people really taking photos? But when I raised my phone, I knew! This is another check-in spot where you can take beautiful photos. Inside is a shopping mall and various transportation stops. 16: Genting Skyworlds Go back in time to the most colorful amusement park. There are many photo spots and rides waiting to welcome you. This itinerary is kid-friendly and won't tire out the adults, covering all the essential attractions in Kuala Lumpur! [Day 1] 🌟Take a Grab to Merdeka Square → Walk → Sultan Abdul Samad Building → Walk → Jamek Mosque + National Mosque + City Gallery (photo ops available) These are mostly historical buildings and must-sees in Kuala Lumpur. They are worth exploring slowly. Return to the hotel at noon to rest. The Kuala Lumpur sun ☀️ really requires some indoor cooling time to avoid heatstroke 🥵. In the afternoon, go to KLCC Park (Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre KLCC Park). This is a great spot for taking photos with the Petronas Twin Towers. There's also a playground + water play area, a must-visit for families with kids. If you have enough time, you can also consider the Petrosains Science Discovery Centre on the 4th floor of KLCC and the Aquaria KLCC on the concourse level. We didn't want to rush, so we skipped these. 🍲Dinner: Walk → Suria KLCC mall, stroll around, and see the Petronas Twin Towers at night. The night view is even better than the daytime! [Day 2] 🌟5-minute walk → Sri Mahamariamman Temple, An Indian temple. It's something new to see, and the street scenes along the way are quite interesting. Afternoon: Putra Mosque + Astaka Morocco Putra Mosque is on the same route as the airport. We visited it on our way to the airport in a pre-booked car. The driver was very nice and took us to Putra Mosque (Masjid Putra) + Astaka Morocco. I personally prefer the Astaka Morocco, a small and exquisite building with lots of architectural details! A must-visit. 💙If you have an extra day, you can visit the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque, which is further from the city center. Note: It is recommended to check the opening hours. For example, it's not open to the public on Fridays due to prayers. Avoid rush hour on your return trip. 📒When I was planning the trip, I found other family-friendly attractions: KL Bird Park, Malaysian Chinese Museum, Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery, Genting Highlands, Sunway Lagoon (water park + scream park + wildlife park, etc.), and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur. I only had 2 days in Kuala Lumpur, so I didn't include them in my itinerary. If you have more time, you can consider these. 🏠Accommodation We stayed near Petaling Street. It was easy to get around by Grab or on foot.
