In Guangzhou! Not Suzhou! As expected of one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong.
One of the four famous gardens in Guangdong 🍃 The other three are Liang Garden in Foshan, Keyuan Garden in Dongguan, and Qinghui Garden in Shunde.
Yuyin Mountain House has a history of more than 150 years. It is a private garden of Wu Bin, a scholar in the Qing Dynasty. The architectural layout is exquisite. Although it is not large, it is beautiful everywhere.
It is definitely a good place to take photos of Hanfu and new Chinese style! I also met someone taking wedding photos in the style of the Republic of China, so beautiful!
📷 Photo spots:
🍃 Xianqu Pavilion
The entrance is so beautiful, with pink flowers swaying in the wind, koi fish playing in the pond, and many students sketching. Remember to take a photo with Wenchang Pavilion from this angle.
🍃 Linglong Waterside Pavilion, Red and Green Bridge
The structure here is very interesting. The whole building is in the water, with a garden in the garden and a view in the view. The composition of the photo taken from the window of the red and green bridge is very beautiful.
🍃 Wenchang Garden, Wenchang Pavilion
There are many rockeries, and the toilets are hidden in the rockeries. The view from top to bottom is amazing.
🍃 Yu Garden
The windows are exquisite, and the light and shadow are beautiful.

🏝️Yuyin Shanfang 🏖️Full of Lingnan style🏔️
Yuyin Shanfang is a quaint garden residence. I visited this beautiful mansion with Lingnan architectural features. This journey made me feel like I was in a place full of traditional culture and art.
Yuyinshanfang Park retains many ancient Lingnan buildings, such as magnificent gatehouses and exquisite courtyards, demonstrating the unique characteristics and artistic value of Lingnan architecture. Walking along the paths in the park, I saw a variety of beautiful flowers and green trees. These natural elements combined with the architecture create a peaceful and elegant atmosphere.
The buildings in the park are very exquisite, and every room displays the traditional craftsmanship and artistic style of Lingnan architecture. I entered an antique living room and saw ancient furniture and decorations. These exhibits showed the uniqueness of Lingnan culture and made me feel the luxury and sophistication of ancient aristocratic life.
There is also a well-designed garden on the campus, which is one of my favorite places. Various beautiful flowers and trees are planted in the garden, such as lotus, peony and willow, each showing their own unique beauty. I walked in the garden, listening to the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind blowing through the flowers and leaves, and feeling the gift and harmony of nature.
During the visit, I also had the opportunity to taste some Lingnan specialty refreshments and tea. These tea snacks have a unique taste and complement the traditional Chinese tea culture, allowing me to better understand the tea culture of the Lingnan region.

Recommend a place in Guangzhou that is suitable for Hanfu little fairy to take beautiful photos. Yuyinshan Room
Yuyinshan Room and Shunde Qinghui Garden, Dongguan Keyuan, Foshan Liangyuan are the four gardens in Guangdong. Although the time of completion is late Qing Dynasty, it is a few hundred years later than the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou, and its scale is also small, but it still reflects the exquisiteness and elegance of Lingnan Garden. Tickets for Trip buy as long as 15 yuan, cheaper than the door.

Yuyin Mountain House in Panyu
👉The four major gardens of Lingnan: Qinghui Garden, Liang Garden, Yuyin Mountain House, and Keyuan. 😊 I am fortunate to visit Yuyin Mountain House in Panyu. It is reported that the architectural style of Yuyin Mountain House is unique, integrating the essence of classical gardens in Jiangnan and the characteristics of the Lingnan region. 🌹 Here, you won't see the wok-ear houses of Cantonese residences, but rather pointed gable walls and flying eaves. 🌷 The roof decorations are like hats or hairstyles on people's heads, which require a lot of time and money to decorate. 👀 Just as you look at a person's head first, you look at the roof first when it comes to buildings. Yuyin Mountain House witnesses the exquisite beauty of Lingnan architecture and the delicate layout of the gardens.

Yu Yin Shan Fang
Yu Yin Shan Fang, along with Qing Hui Yuan in Shunde, Ke Yuan in Dongguan, and Liang Yuan in Foshan, is collectively known as one of the four famous gardens of Guangdong from the Qing Dynasty. Among these, Yu Yin Shan Fang is the best-preserved classical garden, making it a prime example of Lingnan garden architecture and well worth a visit.
Located in Panyu, Yu Yin Shan Fang was built in the tenth year of the Tongzhi reign in the Qing Dynasty (1871), giving it a history of over 150 years. It is renowned for its unique style of being "small and exquisite." Yu Yin Shan Fang was the private garden of Wu Bin (1824-1897), whose courtesy name was Yantian, a native of Nancun in Panyu. At the age of 19, he topped the county examination and was admitted as a county student. In the sixth year of the Tongzhi reign (1867), he passed the provincial examination and was awarded the title of Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Justice. He resigned to return home to care for his mother. His two sons, Baoquan and Baoying, also passed the provincial examination, earning the family the reputation of "three successful candidates in one family, father and sons all achieving scholarly honors." In the year Wu Bin passed the provincial examination, his clan awarded him the leftover land from building the ancestral hall to construct the garden. In the tenth year of the Tongzhi reign (1871), the garden was completed at a cost of 30,000 taels of silver and named "Yu Yin Shan Fang." The name "Yu Yin" was chosen to commemorate and eternally honor the blessings of his ancestors, and "Shan Fang" was used because the garden was located in the remote Dongyuanfang Gangdi area.
Ps: Peacock 🦚, Ginkgo tree, Yuyuan - there are many interesting and photogenic things inside.

Yu Yin Shan Fang - A national treasure hidden in the urban village
I have long wanted to visit Yu Yin Shan Fang, and this trip to Guangzhou finally made it happen. The TV series "October Besieged City" starring Wu Gang and Wallace Chung was filmed here. It was a rainy day when I arrived, with very few visitors. Every corner and every corridor is worth stopping to admire carefully. The raindrops falling on the lotus pond and bamboo leaves add more charm to the garden. Although it is a national 4A scenic spot, the surrounding area is quite remote, still a developing part of Panyu town. Yu Yin Shan Fang is definitely worth a visit, a hidden treasure.

The Lingnan Four Famous Gardens - Yuyin Mountain House, is even more beautiful than imagined!
🍃 Took advantage of the nice weather and went to Yuyin Mountain House
It's a bit smaller than expected
There are quite a few people during holidays
Although the location is a bit remote, it doesn't stop everyone from enjoying their visit
🍃 It took about an hour to walk around the entire garden
The rest of the time was spent sitting in the pavilion, chatting and daydreaming
The garden's landscaping is actually very exquisite and beautiful
But because of the crowd and noise, there was no mood to appreciate it carefully
🍃 Then, there are no other attractions nearby
Inside the courtyard, however, there are many cultural and creative shops
It's understandable that the scenic area needs to make money to sustain itself
But the homogeneity of the cultural and creative products really isn't very appealing
📍 Address: Yuyin Mountain House, Guangzhou (Beida Street, Nancun Town, Panyu District)
✅ Opening hours: 8:00—18:00 (all year round), entry stops at 17:00

Yuyin Mountain House—a miniature garden of Lingnan bonsai
It drizzled a bit over the weekend, and early in the morning, I arrived at Yuyin Mountain House. As one of the four major gardens in Guangdong, it is located in Nancun, Panyu District. There are some urban village houses around. Walking inside, it is very quiet. At the entrance, there are longan and lychee trees. It has been raining in Guangzhou since April, but you can still see the lychee trees laden with fruit. Inside, there are many intangible cultural heritage creative products and crafts, very exquisite. There is a craft shop where tourists pay on their own, reflecting the principle of honesty. Although the area is small, if you carefully enjoy each craft and artwork, they are all worth appreciating.
I wrote a poem to commemorate the visit, with rhymes in Cantonese:
A small home with jade green,
Lingnan's culture in miniature seen.
In Yuyin, a mountain house I find,
With bonsai lush and intertwined.

Are you still worried about not having a destination for your trip? Check out if these places suit you?
⭐️Chimelong Paradise
Exciting and fun, although there are many people, it still attracts me. Just avoid the peak times and it's a victory✌🏻. Once we enter the park, we go straight to the back where there are fewer people. I first played the Rapids, Giant Frisbee, Free Fall, and Vertical Roller Coaster. Due to personal physical reasons, everyone can choose appropriately.🤣
⭐️Yu Yin Shan Fang
Along with Liang Garden in Foshan, Keyuan in Dongguan, Qinghui Garden in Shunde, and the famous Lingnan Gardens, it is known as one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong. ✅Yu Yin Shan Fang's unique architectural appearance and characteristics are very attractive. The Hongqiao Bridge over greenery, the pavilion by the pond, Shenliu Hall, the exquisite water pavilion, and Yu Garden also known as the Miss Tower. Full of artistic atmosphere, ❤️ it is a hot spot for many young ladies to check in.
⭐️Fengzuo Clay Oven Barbecue · Live Eel
With beautiful mountains, waters, and fun, how can we miss out on delicious food? This barbecue restaurant is one of the high cost-performance ones near the park. ✅The portion size of the dishes is sufficient, and the 68 yuan premium beef uses high-quality Chaoshan beef which really fills you up to the point of leaning on the wall👋🏻👋🏻. It's simply a paradise for meat lovers💥. Those who like eel can also try the double-grilled eel here, with two flavors of kabayaki and shiro-yaki, both worth trying. What are you waiting for? Hurry up and make plans‼️

Yu Yin Shan Fang
Yu Yin Shan Fang, also known as Yu Yin Garden, was the private garden of Wu Bin, a Qing dynasty imperial scholar, located on Beida Street in Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Yu Yin Shan Fang was started in the sixth year of the Tongzhi era and completed in the tenth year. It is a representative of Lingnan gardens and is known as one of the four great gardens of Lingnan, along with Qinghui Garden, Keyuan, and Liangyuan.
Wu Bin was an imperial scholar during the Qing dynasty, who rose to the position of a principal in the Ministry of Punishments. Later, he was honored by Emperor Xianfeng with the title of Tongfeng Dafu, and his official rank reached that of a second-grade official. Both of his sons were also imperial scholars, hence the saying, 'A family with three imperial scholars, father and sons all succeeded in the imperial examinations.' The name 'Yu Yin' was chosen for the garden to commemorate the blessings of the ancestors.
Yu Yin Shan Fang's garden section has four main buildings, including the Wo Piao Lu, Lin Chi Bie Guan, Shen Liu Tang, and Ling Long Shui Xie, with a small rainbow bridge lying horizontally in the middle, dividing the garden into eastern and western parts.
Within the cultural relics area of Yu Yin Shan Fang, there are themed gray sculptures that can be identified on ridge decorations, screen walls, door wall lintels, couplets, flower boxes, flower bases, and downspouts.

The Yuyin Mountain House is truly an underrated gem of Lingnan's famous gardens
Attracted by the white Bauhinia Variegata tree in the garden, I visited the Yuyin Mountain House on a rainy day, only to encounter the Lingnan spring of a century ago.
-
🎋The first impression of the Yuyin Mountain House is its exquisite delicacy.
'In a land of three bows, the red rain is enough; under a corner of the sky, the green clouds are deep.'
The Yuyin Mountain House is the best-preserved garden among the four famous gardens of Lingnan. Although it spans less than 'three hundred steps', it encompasses pavilions, terraces, halls, bridges, embankments, and a variety of garden sceneries.
-
🌸The garden is full of vibrant colors even on cloudy days.
The white Bauhinia Variegata, Cercis chinensis, Camellia, and Bougainvillea in the garden bloom brightly, and appreciating the landscape requires no threshold. Even without a deep understanding of garden architectural aesthetics or the garden owner's story, one can still sense the unique spring vitality of the Lingnan garden.
It's amazing that there is even a Peacock Pavilion 🦚 suspended over the water, housing a pair of peacocks, one male and one female.

🏞️The magic of garden creation is to 'shrink the dragon to inches.'
'Although made by man, it seems as if opened by heaven' is the highest realm of garden creation. The Yuyin Mountain House achieves a wonderful effect of dynamic and static transitions through corridors, doors, windows, and carved murals, creating a garden within a garden and scenes beyond scenes.
The main buildings such as the Red Bridge, Deep Willow Hall, and the Octagonal Water Pavilion all reflect the charm of Lingnan gardens—combining the elegance of Jiangnan gardens with the practical grandeur of Lingnan.

📖The scent of books lingers.
The temperament of a private garden is largely determined by its owner. The owner of the Yuyin Mountain House was Wu Bin, a Qing Dynasty scholar. The origin of the name reflects the family tradition: 'Yuyin' to commemorate the blessings of the ancestors, and 'Mountain House' as a humble reference to its secluded location.
The garden also reflects the owner's philosophy of life, full of literary temperament yet not blindly following tradition.
✍️Nearly a hundred couplets, inscriptions, plaques, and poems can be found in the garden, including the handwriting of Liu Yong, a Grand Scholar of the Qianlong era. The octagonal pavilion, with a view in each window, is an elegant place for poetry and literary gatherings.
🪟The Manchu windows of the Deep Willow Hall ingeniously combine Eastern and Western elements, using the color changes of blue and white glass to artificially create rare Lingnan scenes of autumn leaves and snow-covered branches, revealing the owner's ingenious ideas.

Yuexiu Mountain House, one of the four famous gardens in Lingnan
Guangzhou Guangdong Yuexiu Mountain House
Yuexiu Mountain House has always been the first choice for photography groups in ancient costumes, and I have admired the masterpieces of the group members several times. This afternoon, I stepped into this long-cherished famous garden. Yuexiu Mountain House, together with Liangyuan in Foshan, Keyuan in Dongguan, and Qinghui Garden in Shunde, are known as the four famous gardens in Guangdong. They are representative works of Lingnan classical gardens.
The wall that was blown by the typhoon is still covered with canvas, and no trace can be found in the garden. Entering from the archway of Yuexiu Mountain House, passing through Youchang Hall, the black lacquered gate is flanked by colorful door gods, majestic. The first sight is Wenchang Garden, which should be a newly built scenic area, with corridors built around the water feature, supplemented by pavilions, terraces, and towers, very much in the style of Jiangnan. Wenchang Pavilion is octagonal in shape, a three-story building with flying eaves and high-hanging red lanterns. The rooftop enshrines the god of Kui Xing, who stands alone at the head of the Ao, the second floor enshrines Guan Shengdi Jun and Wenchang Dijun, representing loyalty, bravery, and the pursuit of fame and fortune. At this moment, the sun sets in the west, casting mottled shadows through the lattice bricks.
Following the corridor straight into the essence of the mountain house, the so-called winding path leading to a secluded spot is just a direct walk into the backyard. First, enter the gray sculpture art gallery for a basic training, and the walk behind is full of wonders. Looking out from the courtyard is the gate of Jun'an Hall, turning right into Shenliu Hall, the owner's reception hall, with a spacious interior, beautifully decorated, and many woodcut prints. Entering the Wo Piao Cottage, a resting place, with blue and white Manchu windows, light and shadow penetrate into the room, bright and full of illusions.
The most exciting place is the exquisite water pavilion, connected by a corridor with windows on all eight sides, the setting sun shines through the flower windows, and there are many women in ancient costumes, either fanning or playing the zither, swaying in the light and shadow. The surrounding bamboo is lush and the red carps play in the waves.
Following the Huanhong across the green corridor bridge to the low Qihuhu, admiring the exquisite beauty, the seal script couplet says: 'Three bows of surplus land suffice for the red rain, one corner of shade under the sky deepens the green clouds, Lingnan has no sense of autumn, still flowers red, willows green, sky blue, clouds white.'
Behind is Yuyuan, slightly feeling twisted and narrow, but the carvings are exquisite. Climbing to the second floor, you can embrace the view of the mountain house's black tiles and flying eaves standing among the lush phoenix trees like clouds.
At this time of sunset, the silhouette of the flying eaves is cut against the crimson clouds, heavy and solid, gradually entering tranquility.
🗺Address: North Street, Nancun Town, Panyu District
🚙Transportation: Self-driving (the parking lot is right next to the garden) or take the subway line 7 to Banqiao Station exit or transfer to lines 2, 3, 4. Special holiday line buses or bus 302A can also reach there.
🎫Ticket: 18 yuan
Parking fee: 3 yuan/hour, it is gratifying to have such low parking fees in big Guangzhou, coupled with the people-friendly ticket prices, the beautiful garden generates a good impression. There are many beautiful people in the garden, with Tang suits, Hanfu, and activities like chess, calligraphy, and painting, everywhere is a masterpiece.
🥳It is recommended to enter the garden after 3 pm, waiting for the sunset, when the light and shadow enter the room, creating a stunningly beautiful scene.

A White Tabebuia Rosea Tree Surprises Guangzhou – It's Even More Beautiful Than Zhou Tou Jiao!!!
Here I am again, the discoverer of niche spots!
Oh my – Guangzhou has a surprising appearance of a white Tabebuia rosea tree! It's so fluffy, cute, and beautiful ahhh~ And it's hidden in a Lingnan garden, truly poetic and picturesque!
Located in Guangzhou's Panyu, at √Yuyin Mountain House

Feels even more beautiful than the yellow and purple Tabebuia trees!
It's really elegant and cute ahhh, every casual photo is a great shot~
Tips:
1. This white Tabebuia rosea tree is right by the wall of Yuyin Mountain House, and can be seen from the parking lot. The photo was taken just this morning! Now is the peak blooming period for this white Tabebuia rosea tree!

e rare white Jacaranda in Guangzhou, those who want to see it should hurry
This season is the blooming period for Jacarandas, and in Guangzhou, yellow and purple Jacarandas are common, but the white Jacaranda is extremely rare. It turns out that there is a very rare white Jacaranda hidden in Guangzhou's Yuyin Mountain House, and now it is in full bloom, with almost all the buds open, white as snow. The clusters of flowers hang on the treetops like embroidered balls, dense and numerous, as if a heavy snow has fallen.
Although there is only one tree, it is stunning enough. After seeing the white Jacaranda, it is also very interesting to look around the garden.
The Jacaranda's blooming period is not very long, and now it is at its peak, with the flowering expected to last about a week. Those who want to see the white Jacaranda should hurry!
Just a whisper, if you don't want to buy a ticket to enter the garden, you can actually take pictures of the white Jacaranda from the parking lot next to the garden area, because the Jacaranda tree is right by the fenc

The hidden treasure garden in Guangzhou: Yuyin Mountain House
🧨Unconsciously, it's the tenth day of the year
🎉Friends who like to visit gardens are in luck! I highly recommend you to visit Yuyin Mountain House located in Panyu District, Guangzhou! Yuyin Mountain House was built in 1871 and has a history of more than 150 years. It is one of the four major gardens in Lingnan. Compared with the Lingnan gardens of the same period, its area is smaller, about three acres.
🤩However, the overall layout of Yuyin Mountain House is very clever, using the techniques of 'hiding but not revealing' and 'shrinking the dragon into inches', incorporating all garden elements such as pavilions, halls, bridges, mountains and rocks into the garden. Here, in just one or two hours, you can feel the subtlety of every place by strolling in the garden.👍
🎊At present, the southern part of the entire scenic area, that is, the area behind the Shanyan Wugong Temple, is the core area of the Yuyin Mountain House garden; and the Wenchang Garden, the first area to enter the scenic area, is actually expanded in 2008, modeled after Yuyin Mountain House, with some catering, cultural and creative products, ancient costume shooting and other supporting shops inside.🎁
🤗During the Spring Festival, the flow of people here is relatively small, the climate in the garden is pleasant, and there are many places to rest. When the sun is strong, there is often a breeze, which is very suitable for bringing children and the elderly to play.🎈
🚇However, it is far from the subway station. You can take the No. 7 line to Banqiao Station, then ride a bicycle for about 10 minutes to get there, or get off at Hanxi Changlong Station on Line 3, and then take a bus to go there~
