Initially intending a simple hike, I stumbled upon an unexpected delight. 🚶**A ten-minute walk from the station brought me to the Yunlongjian Scenic Area. A twenty-minute cable car ascent, and this southwesterner witnessed a "Shu Road" marvel right here in the capital. The sole viewpoint at the summit offered a captivating panorama of the Miyun Reservoir, enough to leave one spellbound. However, the descent on foot proved to be the day's greatest surprise. Steep mountain paths, gurgling streams, fallen rocks, and cliffs – nature's splendor unfolded before my eyes. The three-hour trek down felt like a fleeting moment. A gentle breeze swept through the valley, and I lay on a rocky ledge, listening to the murmuring water, feeling like I was in a forest, far from the city's clamor. This trip became the most unforgettable experience of the summer.🧗 **Even more remarkable was the scarcity of visitors; the cable car was practically empty on both ascents and descents. **For those with hiking experience, I highly recommend this adventure. Just remember to protect your knees during the descent.

We arrived at 2 PM, took the cable car up the mountain, and after enjoying the sea view at the top, we started hiking down at 3 PM, finally reaching the foot of the mountain at 5 PM. There's only one mountain path, so you won't get lost. After descending, we went to a nearby popular farmhouse restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal of stove fish. There is a staircase on the left to reach the top of the building. There is a unique view of Miyun Reservoir here. Then we went down to the 2nd, 4th and 5th floors. We didn’t notice the 3rd floor as it was hidden well and we couldn’t go up to the next few floors. During the descent, you can see a building next to the reservoir.
