From the moment we glanced at the menu, it was clear that this wasn’t your typical dim sum house. Instead of strictly classic offerings, we found an array of modern, whimsical creations, including dim sum buns shaped like adorable characters. The menu even featured unexpected dishes like Singaporean noodles and pineapple fried rice, both of which we eagerly ordered out of curiosity. While the experience wasn’t the most traditional, it was undeniably fun and well-executed. The undeniable star of the meal was the hot custard molten bun, cleverly designed as a wide-eyed yellow character. The true magic happened when we gently poked a chopstick below its eyes, creating a mouth from which molten salted egg yolk custard dramatically oozed out. It was as entertaining as it was delicious, making it one of the most memorable bites of the day. The restaurant is located in the central of Hong Kong and it is crowded with people during lunch time. The staff is kind and helpful.
The dim sum in Hong Kong is better than what I have in London for sure. In addition, baked crispy pineapple puff is like birds and it tastes brilliant. Custard buns with salty eggs sauce are good! Please book in advance, or it is hard to find a table. #hongkong

I wanted to eat Hong Kong-style dim sum, so I went to this restaurant to eat its first crab this year. Plus the restaurant uses fresh and quality ingredients and does not add MSG 👍🏻 The environment of the restaurant is bright and clean, unlike traditional dim sum teahouses. The seats are spacious and there are different flower teas to choose from. Very good value for money😍 🔸Steamed crab with ginger tea🔸 Ready-to-eat takes about 15 minutes Steamed crab. When you remove it, you will see the golden crab paste. The taste is rich, sweet and creamy. Full of freshness! The cup of ginger tea is simply 100% and can't be compared with the ones outside😂 The ginger flavor is full of sweetness, warming the stomach and warding off cold! 🔸Crabmeal Shrimp Toast🔸 The shrimp toast is crispy and delicious. The crispy and bouncy shrimp paste is very fresh and served with the special crab powder sauce.
