In a hidden corner of Western Sichuan, we accidentally discovered a hidden beauty known only to locals - Yuke Town.
The most beautiful season in Western Sichuan is usually from May to August, but Yuke Town in November is surprisingly beautiful, making it an ideal place for off-peak travel and self-driving tours. There are no crowds of people in Mount Siguniang, but there are golden forests🌲, meadows🌿, white mountain tops⛰️, and a variety of wildlife.
📍Yuke Town in Daocheng County, Yaochi Colorful Forest, no tickets required for sightseeing.
🚗It is recommended to drive there, it takes about 1-2 hours to drive from Daocheng County.

Ganzi Secret Realm, Solitary Swing
🌈Scenic Features: A vast grassland with a solitary tree standing alone, along with a solitary swing. They form a beautiful landscape on the grassland, perfect for taking photos.
🎟️Ticket Information: Huanxi Terrace Ranch in Yuke Town does not charge an entrance fee. Horse riding to the solitary swing is 5 kilometers round trip, costing 200 per person.
🕐️Opening Hours: Open from 8 AM to 6 PM in summer, closed in winter. Open in spring and autumn depending on the weather.
💗Other Tips: Huanxi Terrace is located in Yuke Town, Daofu County, Ganzi Prefecture. It requires self-driving to reach. You can go from Daofu County or take Route 002 from Danba County. The scenery along the way is excellent, with many beautiful Tibetan villages. You can also cross the Duojie Yuchong Sacred Mountain and encounter marmots. It is part of the Dandao Loop. Alternatively, you can go from Maerkang, taking Route 317 and then Route 179.

This is the secret place in Western Sichuan where I check in the most times a year
There are no crowds and commercialization of popular places like Xinduqiao and Yuzixi
What it has is the purest natural scenery and the original Tibetan style, brilliant autumn colors, towering snow mountains, solemn temples, azure lakes, herds of cattle and sheep, and boundless grasslands
There are also snow mountain hot springs that can be booked for a few tens of dollars, monkeys and cute groundhogs encountered everywhere
You can experience all the beauty of Western Sichuan that you can imagine here

But not many people know about it, and the beautiful golden autumn can be enjoyed alone.
