I landed in Xishuangbanna late at night, and I was worried about the hassle of the journey, but the hotel I booked was perfect! ✨ It's right near Gasa Airport, less than a 5-minute drive, so dragging my suitcase was no problem at all. I immediately switched to a relaxing vacation mode! Dream View Garden Resort 🏡 It truly embodies the essence of Dai culture! As soon as you enter the courtyard, you're surrounded by tropical greenery and Dai-style architecture. Stone paths, bamboo decorations, flowing water, and the air filled with the scent of fresh grass instantly erased all travel fatigue 😊 The room features a rustic style with Dai elements. It's incredibly spacious, the bed is so soft you could sink into it, and the balcony opens onto a lush garden. Waking up to birdsong in the morning, not an alarm clock, is what a vacation should be like! And I must praise the service! The staff were incredibly friendly, proactively helping with luggage, offering welcome fruit, and patiently recommending local food and sightseeing routes – making you feel completely at ease. The hotel has a small fountain, a standard feature of French manor hotels, perfect for taking photos that look like Southeast Asian vacation snapshots. Breakfast was a buffet with Dai specialties, including unlimited rice noodles, sticky rice, and tropical fruits – fresh and filling! It's located near the hotel and easy to find! For dining, I highly recommend Gaozhuang. It has many unique restaurants with a wide variety of local delicacies, and each restaurant has a fantastic ambiance – a truly pleasant dining experience! Whether it's a short layover or a base for your Xishuangbanna trip, it's perfect! It's also not far from Manting Park and the General Buddhist Temple, about a 20-minute taxi ride, making it super convenient. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna!
