This hotel in Chongqing is worth staying at for three days, and it's right next to Ciqikou.
The hotel is built in the style of a traditional courtyard house in eastern Sichuan, with a rustic charm. The courtyard is huge, with a laurel tree in full bloom in the middle, and a Zen-like ornamental pool, with mist swirling around, and the water reflecting the surrounding buildings and flowers. Every corner is a great place to take photos!
Room
We stayed in a courtyard hot spring suite, which was very spacious, with a fresh, minimalist, and high-end wood decor. The room has a small courtyard and a private hot spring pool, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or the goodnight soup provided by the hotel before bed. It's really great. You can use the bath pack provided by the hotel when you soak in the hot spring. I have to say it's perfect for a date. It's not outdoors, so it's very private, and the water is warm and comfortable.
Dining
Guests receive complimentary fruit and a delicate afternoon tea. After 8 pm, there are free cocktails, soups, or porridge. Breakfast is currently served as a set menu, with a variety of options, including noodles, seafood porridge, side dishes, and milk/soy milk. You can choose to eat in the restaurant or in the courtyard. The hotel restaurant is beautifully decorated and serves lunch, dinner, coffee, and alcohol, with a dedicated bartender in the evening.
Facilities
The hotel has a multi-function room where you can play pool, PS5, indoor golf, and other games. The gym is a must-have for any hotel.
Experience
Staying here feels like a dream of the Tang Dynasty, where you can experience the unique culture of Chongqing while relaxing and enjoying life, and unknowingly absorbing energy to heal yourself. I would always be willing to pay for this kind of life.
