This time, we went to Yokohama at night. Yokohama is one of the top tourist spots in the Kanto region! First, we took the JR to Sakuragicho Station. This station was formerly Yokohama Station, and is the section where the first railway in Japan was opened. From there, the old freight tracks came out, and even though they are no longer in use, they are still there, and you can walk along them. Above them is the recently built YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN (ropeway)! It was a little pricey, and I had taken it before, so I didn't take it this time, but it's recommended as it offers a luxurious view of Yokohama. Nearby is the Yokohama Landmark Tower, which offers a panoramic view of the Kanto Plain. Now, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. Inside is like a shopping center, and you can eat there too. But if you've come all the way to Yokohama, I recommend walking about 1 kilometer from here while looking at the night view of Yokohama, and then going to Chinatown when you're hungry. Although it is a short section, it is very nice to watch the night view. It is just really short and is itself a highlight of the night view. I think it is better to watch the sea view at dusk, because if you take the bus too late, the nearby malls and attractions will be closed and there will be no place to go shopping.

#2024wish Cable Car woooooo! And probably the most high class cable car I have ever been in. The cable car is located just outside of the Sakuragicho station. On weekdays, it costs 1000 yen one way and 1800 yen for a return ticket. I enjoyed the very nice views of the area. Worth going on it once. It was an awesome and fascinating experienced! It is very futuristic. A must add on your bucket list when you visit Japan, you must visit Minato Mirai, Yokohama. The air cabins departs from Sakuragicho station connecting to World Porters. We both experienced day and night rides. You will enjoy the amazing 360 view on this short ride. Night ride is so amazing since the city is already in full lightings.
