The view of Hallyeo Waterway from the boat was truly spectacular! 👀 For lunch, I ate fresh mackerel sashimi, a specialty of Yokjido, and it was so delicious that it melted in my mouth! 🐟 After eating the sashimi, I looked around the cute scenery of the village and healed myself with a sweet potato latte made by a grandma barista. ☕ Before returning, I bought a box of the famous sweet potatoes from Yokjido. It would be fun to taste them at home, right? I was so happy to be able to tour such a beautiful island in just one day. You should definitely visit it too! 💙

It's close to Yokji Port and the scenery is great~ There's also a restroom, so please take note :)

There were various boats, from small fishing boats to large cruise ships traveling far to other areas, and the colors were colorful and exotic. The water was clear and the harmony of the houses and mountains was perfect!

It was nice because it was an outdoor cafe, and it was full of nature! The owner was also kind :)

#FallHoKangSevent The best Jjamppong restaurant I've ever had in Yokjido 📍Yokjibanjeom The price of the octopus jjamppong is 16,000 won, and it contains various seafood including octopus. The octopus was not chewy at all, and it was so soft and delicious! It was the best because it wasn't spicy. ㅎㅎ

Even if you visit alone, you can enjoy chapssaltangsuyuk without any burden ㅎㅎ The price is reasonable at 10,000 won, and it was nice because it was soft on the outside and inside. The sauce was rich and delicious with a cinnamon scent!

They are also moving to a larger location in February 2025!

In particular, the Swinging Bridge is memorable. The road to the Swinging Bridge itself is well-made as a walking path, so my mom liked it too. Yokjido Monorail Address: 502 Donghang-ri, Tongyeong-si Key Points: Yokjido Monorail is the most famous activity in Yokjido. If you purchase a monorail ticket, you can ride the monorail, which is like a grandson's play, to the top. When you get to the top, there is an observatory where you can take in the Tongyeong Hallyeo Waterway at a glance, and there is also a photo zone. I was able to take pictures with my mom in the beautiful scenery and make happy memories! Rating: 5/5

#Domestic travel One of the reasons Tongyeong is called the Naples of Korea is because it is a port for many islands in Dadohae. Yokjido, one of those islands, is famous for its high school hoe and sweet potatoes, and is a beautiful island with a deep blue South Sea that you can see while riding the suspension bridge and monorail. It takes about an hour by boat from Samdeok Port. If you enjoy the foam and waves from the boat's motor while you go, and fully enjoy the clean sea breeze, an hour will feel short. If you ship your car and go, it's a good idea to easily tour Okjido's famous suspension bridges 1-3 and the port area. Don't worry, there is a place to rent ATVs and scooters at the entrance of the island. Yokjido has an unforgettable sea view. It was my first island trip, and it was the most memorable island, so I recommend it.
