Best viewing location of Yin Yang Sea will be at Shui Nan Bus stop- YinYang Sea Observation deck (水湳洞-陰陽海觀景台) Do look out for cars if you want to grab a shot on the road. This area is perfect for your Instagram shots as well, it’s not very accessible so I will recommend you guys to charter a car tour or can rent a car to drive over.
