Open 24 hours, come and have breakfast - Ichiran Ramen
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Japan. There are two Ichiran Ramen restaurants in Taipei’s Xinyi District. They are open 24 hours a day. I saw that there are not many people around during breakfast time, so I rushed over to have breakfast at 9:30, and there was no need to queue up.
Everything is very similar to Japan. The ordering paper determines the concentration of the soup, the amount of oil, whether onions and garlic are added, and the softness of the noodles. This time, I ordered a bit wrong. You can’t choose the rich soup because it will be too salty. It’s best to choose the amount of oil, otherwise it’s not. The whole soup will be full of oil. If you don't add noodles, the amount of noodles will be very small. It costs nearly 300 a night. It's delicious, but it depends on whether it's worth it.
