They only focus on one dish, that’s ramen and guys….this is the Best ramen I have had this trip! I even emptied out the broth! They have individual private seating with dividers so it is not meant for groups to dine together. It’s great for a lone diners like me. Everything is customisable - from firmness of noodle, richness of the soup, with or without green onions etc. The best thing-you get a bowl of rice after to eat with the remaining broth.
