A must-try dessert in Hong Kong. We go to Hong Kong every time we visit. We'll make it a point to stop by this shop at least once. Their silky and delicious double-layered milk pudding is out of this world! Personally, I prefer the hot ginger custard milk since the ginger flavor adds a tiny kick to the dish and their milk with red beans too is awesome. It's a good spot for a quick Hong Kong dessert, but don't expect excellent service. This Yi Shun Dairy Company in Causeway Bay has been there many years ago. There is still a long queue every time I pass by, but when I get there, I find a place and I go in immediately! After sitting down, be sure to order their famous double skin milk and because of the itchy mouth, ordered a plate of fried chicken wings! I recently visited Yee Shun Milk Company in Causeway Bay and was pleasantly surprised by their famous milk custard—it was velvety smooth and wonderfully sweet, truly a standout treat that lived up to its reputation. However, I was less impressed with the pineapple juice. I wasn’t expecting it to be made from canned pineapple with iced water, which felt a bit lackluster compared to the fresh, vibrant flavors I had anticipated. Overall, while the milk custard was a delicious highlight, the pineapple juice missed the mark. During my free trip to Hong Kong, I specially came to Yishun to eat desserts. I ordered the double-skin stewed milk, which is worth a try (it tastes a bit like cheese). It is rich, pure and fragrant. The desserts sold in the store are diverse and I like them very much. Although I can't order every dessert, I will definitely visit Yishun Dairy Company again if I have the chance to visit Hong Kong.

Here, you can get delicious steamed milk pudding with a silky soft texture and have it hot or cold. This is a popular dessert at Yee Shun Diary company and it's really delicious. Various flavours are available for this milk pudding and it comes in chocolate flavour, steam milk pudding with ginger and even with red bean, etc. A bowl of it cost HKD40 onwards and it's pretty pricey for a small bowl of dessert. Another item that I loved here is their French toast with melted butter and some maple syrup. The toast is fluffy and has a nice golden colour. It may seem like a simple toast but trust me, it's good. If you're craving for some nice milk pudding then this is place to be. Yee Shun is expensive but their milk puddings are unbeatable.
