Oh my, this Huangpu Youmashan Forest Park in Guangzhou is so interesting! I went back to climb Youmashan after half a year, and hey, they actually finished the glass walkway! The path through the village to the mountain was closed, but the other side of the mountain trail was well maintained! There are small shops at the foot, middle, and top of the mountain. Wow, this is perfect for a leisurely hike! There is a small stream at the entrance of the park. I saw many parents with children playing in the water, and many people walking their dogs up the mountain. If you take the subway, take Line 21 to Jinkeng Station. If you take a taxi, navigate to Youmashan Forest Park. The key is that the ticket is free! There is also a free parking lot. Driving is the best option because it takes a while to get a taxi out of the mountain. There are mountain trails and asphalt roads. I suggest you take the stone steps to the top of the mountain and take the asphalt road down. Why? Because the slope of the asphalt road is steep! Also, there are many mosquitoes and insects, so be sure to use insect repellent!

For the return trip, there is a long detour, so it is closer to take a taxi to Zhenlong West Station. Difficulty: A 3-year-old child who has climbed Baiyun Mountain can walk this route. Route: ① For climbing, it is recommended to take the hiking trail and walk up the stone steps to the top of the mountain, almost no sun exposure throughout the journey. ② For descending, it is recommended to take the asphalt main road, the downhill curves are absolutely beautiful, and you can take great photos easily. It is a good place to get some fresh air. Ps: We started climbing around 1 pm, and by the time we reached the shoulder of the mountain, we were already sweating profusely. We rested at a small shop for a while and started descending at 4:10 pm. We rested at the top of the mountain for a while and then walked down the asphalt road.
