A Super Niche Kid-Friendly Spot in Yangzhou—Tangzicheng Scenic Area on Baocheng Road
With grass🌿, sunshine☀️, and delicious afternoon tea🍰
1️⃣ Stop 1: Tsingpu Culture Retreat🏡
A cultural hotel in Yangzhou designed by Wang Gongquan, a former bigwig who eloped from his company.🏡 The hotel's main structure borrows from Yangzhou's classical architecture, featuring blue bricks, gray tiles, flying eaves, upturned corners, and fire-prevention walls, showcasing the architectural aesthetics of the Jiangnan water towns.🌿✨
There is a large lawn in front of the hotel restaurant, with plenty of sunshine☀️. It's not crowded now, making it perfect for kids👶 to run around, soak up the sun🌞, and burn off energy. Tsingpu Culture Retreat will soon launch afternoon tea☕️, so you can enjoy afternoon tea🍰 while the kids play.👨👩👧👦
2️⃣ Stop 2: Burutea🍵
Chinese-style afternoon tea that is both delicious😋 and beautiful🌸. The little bridge and flowing water at the entrance are so beautiful, and the koi🐟 are big and plump, showing that they are well cared for.
There is a small garden🌷 outside Burutea, with a beautiful lawn that is also comfortable for sunbathing.🌞
3️⃣ Akancafe☕️
If you don't like Chinese afternoon tea, I recommend Akancafe☕️. They serve homemade desserts🍰, and the taro paste is fragrant and glutinous, super delicious!😋
4️⃣ Baocheng Road🏞️
As the most photogenic📸, best for fishing🎣, and most suitable for camping⛺️ treasure spot in Yangzhou, I highly recommend setting up a tent for a picnic🧺 by the Baozhang Lake on Baocheng Road. The scenery is so beautiful!🌅
Take a short walk to the Sakura🌸 Avenue to see the cherry blossoms. I just went there today, and in half a month, you'll be able to enjoy the cherry blossoms.🌸✨
🌟Kid-friendly outings, photography, picnics, cherry blossom viewing—this place has it all! Come and experience it!🚶♀️🚶♂️
