I usually prefer to visit different places each time I travel, but this time, I want to go back to the same place again. It's a small fishing village in Fujian called Xiapu, where there's not much to do at night, but you won't feel bored. I planned to go at the beginning of 2024, but other things got in the way. Fortunately, I was able to visit Xiapu at the end of 2024! I would describe it as "small and beautiful." I regret that my photography skills aren't great, so I could only capture the beautiful scenery with my eyes. The homestays, scenery, and local customs all made for a satisfying trip. Since it was a short trip in winter, I didn't visit the Sijiao Islands, Mount Taimu, or Dayushan Island, but I did visit the other attractions. Yangjiaxi is located in Xiapu County, Fujian. We drove to Xiapu to take photos of the tidal flats and stayed there for a night. After watching the sunset and sunrise over the tidal flats, we came here on our way back. There are often unexpected surprises during a trip. The scenery you expect may not meet your expectations, such as the tidal flats in Xiapu. However, unexpected encounters can bring you many surprises, such as Yangjiaxi. Yangjiaxi is not very large, but the scenery is very special. There is a large banyan tree in the middle of the village. The banyan tree is very large, like a forest, with a wide canopy like a large tent. The intertwined roots spread across the ground like a winding road.
