This restaurant is amazing. I happened to drop by during a walk in Yamanaka Onsen, but it's a long-established restaurant that has been in business for 60 years! It has been featured in various magazines, and their suiran tanmen and homemade gyoza are super delicious. And for some reason, there's even a piano in the restaurant, which gives it a calm and beautiful atmosphere. The noodles for the suiran tanmen are handmade, the soup is a clear soup, and the gyoza are handmade one by one, with care taken with the skins. This restaurant is full of surprises, so please come and try it.
