The Mani stone pile of Yushu
I was amazed by the countless Mani stones at the Jiana Mani pile in Yushu, Qinghai. Numerous devotees circled around the hundreds of thousands of Mani piles to chant scriptures, and I followed the crowd for a large loop. Among them, the old and the young, men and women, devoutly turned their prayer wheels and walked tirelessly, chanting sutras from their lips, a sincerity that touches the heart.
