In the northwest of the park there is a small hill with a platform on it and a pavilion on the top, named Phoenix Terrace. There is a horizontal plaque on the pavilion with the words "Hehuang Yinfeng" written on it. This 30-meter-high Phoenix Tower, with its phoenix spreading its wings and white sails, symbolizes the rapid development of economic development and various undertakings. When we arrived, it was already past 6 o'clock and the staff had already gone off work, so we did not go up. It is said that the pavilion preserves many calligraphy works by famous calligraphers.
