Name|Fanjing Mountain Xingyi Lanyue Terrace Homestay
Address|Yunshuo Scenic Area, Taiping Town, Jiangkou County, Tongren City, Guizhou Province
Transportation|1h drive from Tongren High-speed Railway Station and Airport, 15min drive from Mount Fanjing Scenic Area
The homestay is not located at the noisy entrance of the scenic area, but in a river valley between Yunshuo Village and Mount Fanjing, where the environment is very tranquil. The rippling Taiping River flows right in front, and the homestay is built on a hillside according to the terrain, looking from a distance like a pavilion built on a cliff.
Most rooms face the river valley, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lush greenery opposite, allowing you to see the clear river waters below while sitting on the bed. This must be the emerald Guizhou they talk about! I love the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window bathroom, where you can enjoy the ink painting-like scenery while taking a bath. The public areas of the homestay are like a Chinese garden, with a different view at every step, including covered bridges, ancient pagodas, and garden water systems. The terrace located at a higher position is a tea room with a great view, overlooking the entire river valley. The homestay is also well-equipped, including Chinese and Western restaurants and a coffee shop, with exquisite afternoon tea.
Tips |·It is recommended to drive yourself or rent a car in the city area, which makes it much more convenient to visit Mount Fanjing and Yunshuo Village the next day. The homestay has a parking lot. Currently, a sky mirror is about to be installed on the top floor of the coffee shop, which is very suitable for taking photos and checking in.
