Made with a fresh fish head from Qiandao Lake🐟, the meat is delicate! With added winter bamboo shoots and mushrooms, the longer it simmers, the richer the soup and the more flavorful the fish head becomes. The server cut the fried breadsticks and soaked them in the soup. The breadsticks were so addictive!
