There is a rotating observation deck on the summit which charges a fee, but it's not necessary to go there, as the scenery from the other observation decks is equally beautiful. . 🍊Xiaoyushan Park Half beach coast and half shaded by green trees. It takes five minutes to reach the top of the mountain⛰️. Due to the bad weather, I chose to go to Signal Hill instead of Xiaoyushan Park. . 🍊Qingdao Catholic Church 💒 Also known as St. Michael's Cathedral, its Gothic architecture is outstanding‼️ The shooting spot next to the 1907 Film Club rooftop recommended online is on the top of an abandoned residential building. When I went there, the door was locked, and it was quite desolate. I don't recommend going there alone. Visitors will find that the Maidao Island, is the idea place, for those who enjoy distant mountain and city views. Surrounded by the ocean, with all the perks of a world class park, this is simply a great spot to relax. For those whom enjoy photography, this is indeed one of the best place to be positioned, for the best shots.

If you’re looking for a nice place to be at but also in the city center of Qingdao, check out Xiaomaidao Park. Easy to get to, loads of grass to sit down to and there’s a coffee shop with a view there too.

Travelled with friends by metro and had to walk a few mins to reach the park. Can easily be found using map apps. Such a beautiful and breath taking park, a place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
