#summerdream Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay review Pool Villa room is very large, spacious, divided into sections. The room has a beautiful view of Patong Beach. Do not close the curtains in the room because the view is very beautiful both day and night. At night, the view of Patong Beach lights is like sleeping in Hong Kong. The atmosphere is very good. The room is in Building G. You can park in front of the room. It is not far to walk to breakfast. The general breakfast is bread, fried eggs, rice porridge, fruit juice. There are 2 communal pools. I recommend the pool called The Deck Poolside. The view is very beautiful. Staying here for 10 nights is very satisfying because the view is beautiful. You only get the view. The hotel is not on the beach. The closest beach is Patong Beach, a 5-minute drive. But I personally like Kata Noi Beach in front of Katathani Hotel. I like to walk on Kata Noi Beach more because there are fewer people. The sand is soft, the sea water is beautiful and clean.

With Romantic Dinner, guaranteed by the award The best romantic hotel in Asia and of course we did not miss it. We arranged a table, but unfortunately the weather was not good. It was raining heavily. But I must say that the food was very delicious. There is also a Cooking class activity by collecting vegetables and fruits from the Wyndham Orchard garden, the cultivation area here, to use as ingredients in cooking. Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay was definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket. The room was so HUGE, I could skate in it! 😂 We stayed at the premier villa which is inclusive of a private pool. The staff were very kind and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything such as reservations, transport etc. The views from the resort are epic as it’s surrounded by the sea. The hotel provides shuttle service to the main beach and back at regular intervals / set timings. People with mobility issues should take note that the hotel is located on a hill. However, they also provide a buggy all through out the hotel so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Breakfast options were great as well. We did book a floating lunch on of the days where they delivered our meals on a floating tray in our private pool (super cool!). You just need to inform them a day or so prior and they will arrange it for you. Phuket is a small town. Glad to find this small villa suite that has a private pool and provided the floating lunch experience. Room was big with bathtub as well. Superb good 5* service for sure!
