🕌Shanghai Three-Day Two-Night Travel Guide
🏨Accommodation Recommendation: Hebei Hotel. Although the rooms are spacious, the hygiene and service quality are average, and the location is slightly off-center. However, considering that you can stay in Shanghai for 200 yuan, the price-performance ratio is still good, especially since it is only an 8-minute walk from the train station.
📅Itinerary:
🔆Day 1:
📍Wukang Building: A striking red brick building.
📍Anfu Road: Although there are few gourmet shops and clothing stores, you may find a different kind of tranquility.
📍Urumqi Road: It is recommended to try the ice cream at Maji House, although it is expensive, the taste is excellent.
Lunch: 📍Haohuaicai Zhezhezhi Pot at People's Square, Cantonese flavor, taste is average.
Afternoon: Continue the city walk, starting from People's Square, turn right to reach Nanjing Pedestrian Street.
📍Nanjing Pedestrian Street: Everything you need for eating, drinking, playing and having fun, the end is Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund.
📍Opposite the Bank of Guangda, Bund Branch, stairs to the left of Deke's, second floor, there is a great viewing platform (Figure 8).
📍Continue to Waibaidu Bridge, this is the scene where Yiping jumps off the bridge in "Deep in the Rain".
📍On the left is Zhapu Road Bridge, known as the Seine River of Shanghai, also a great location for photographing the Oriental Pearl Tower.
📍After crossing the bridge, you will reach the Bund Source, the church building is very distinctive, and there are foreign bands performing inside.
Following this route, you will eventually return to the Bund. At this time, you can go to Building 6️⃣, wait for the 7 o'clock night view (Note: Lights on at 7 o'clock, don't miss it).
Dinner: Fei Dachu, the taste is spicy and delicious, but the spiciness is high, Guangdong friends please choose carefully.
🔆Day 2:
📍Lujiazui Three-Piece Suit: Experience the modern urban charm of Shanghai.
📍Yuyuan Garden (Ticket 44 yuan): Originally planned to visit in the afternoon, but it was not possible due to rain. It is recommended to arrive before 3 pm, stop entry after 4 pm, and clear the field at 4:30 pm.
Evening: 📍City God Temple, no need to enter the temple, the commercial street night view is worth a visit.
Dinner: Tried several restaurants, but none were satisfactory.
🔆Day 3:
📍North Bund: Enjoy the unique scenery of the Huangpu River.
📍Disney Town: Experience the charm of a fairy tale world.
Afternoon: Departure.
I hope this guide will add a touch of excitement to your Shanghai trip!

You should know that there are so many people taking photos of Wukang Building!
Organize two positions to avoid the crowd~
1⃣️You can avoid the roadside by standing on the steps at the bank entrance opposite Wukang Building (Figure 2)
‼️Don't use wide-angle, use 2X focal length for mobile phones, and use 50 focal length for cameras
2⃣️The roadside lamppost at the entrance of the Shuangxi Old Shop opposite the bank, the person leaning against the street lamp is very good!
‼️Don't use wide-angle to avoid the crowd. The light in the afternoon is better for shooting Wukang Building

There's no other restaurant in Shanghai that serves braised pork belly as good as this one!!
People who work in Xuhui District, you guys are so picky! You didn't even mention this amazing restaurant!
This newly opened local restaurant in Wujie is so good that I have to recommend it to everyone I meet!
After eating at CityEat, you can take a walk in the Citywalk in Wutong District, and visit the Wukang Building and Hengshan Road, which are popular check-in spots! It's so nice!
The restaurant is stylish and elegant, and the service is patient and thoughtful. It's suitable for family gatherings and business banquets.
🍖Braised Pork Belly with Bamboo Fungus and Eggs🍖🍄
Braised pork belly with bamboo fungus and eggs, it's fatty but not greasy, and it's very fresh.
The freshness of the bamboo fungus and eggs perfectly neutralizes the richness of the meat. Every spoonful is full of happiness, and the aftertaste is long-lasting~
🍗Shangyue Immortal White Cut Chicken🍗✨
The skin is crispy and the meat is tender, it's smooth but not greasy. Every bite is the ultimate interpretation of the word "fresh". The secret seasoning is irresistible even to the immortals.
🍄Black Truffle Lily🌸
Luxurious black truffle meets fresh lily, the collision of black gold and white, full of high-end feeling. Simple seasoning, but it brings out the original flavor of the ingredients to the fullest.
🌸Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms🌸🍹
The color is pink and tender, and the taste is fresh. It's as if you're in a peach blossom field in spring, adding a touch of romance to the meal.

No matter how many times I’m visiting Shanghai city, I always failed to visit the Wukang building, until now. The area has been built up around this ‘famous’ landmark, often being used for wedding photos. The underneath area of Wukang has been changed into small cafes and studios. It’s interesting to see how much focus has been put into the area. A worthwhile visit.

Wukang Building is a great place to take photos!
Wukang Building is a historical and legendary architectural treasure.
It has stood quietly through the years, witnessing the passage of time and the changes in the city. On October 26, 2024, when we look at this charming building again, we can almost hear the echoes of history.

Wukang Building in Shanghai China 🤩♥️
#chinatrip
The Wukang Building, which people are crazily chasing after, is actually just an ordinary person's home. When they go there, they feel that there are thousands of people standing at the two street corners below the Wukang Building. The police officers who command traffic are no less than those on the Bund, and more than 80% of the windows are equipped with thick curtains. Thinking that many people share the best viewing positions upstairs, I suddenly feel a little ashamed. Have I become one of them? I hastily took a few photos and quickly escaped the scene

Do you still not know the places in Shanghai suitable for a City walk?
I used to always go to Shanghai, but I never had the time to stop and truly appreciate the alleyways and historic Western-style buildings behind this bustling city. Recently, I came across photos from almost a decade ago, and they still attract me to visit again and again.
This is the WuKang Building, once known as the Normandie Apartments, located at No. 1850, Middle Huaihai Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai, at the intersection of five streets: Wukang Road, Xingguo Road, Middle Huaihai Road, Tianping Road, and Yuqing Road. It is Shanghai's first veranda-style apartment building. The WuKang Building was constructed in the 13th year of the Republic of China (1924), and its shape resembles a giant ship.
The WuKang Building is situated at a sharp 30-degree angle naturally formed between Wukang Road and Middle Huaihai Road. In the 1920s, the famous Hungarian architect László Hudec, who lived in Shanghai, cleverly utilized the 30-degree street corner formed by the intersection of the two roads in his overall design. He adapted to local conditions and designed the building's plan in a triangular shape, resembling 'a large ship cutting through the waves.' To solve the issues of lighting and ventilation, two openings were created on the north side.
The building's facade is in the French Renaissance style, with the first and second floors featuring the Southeast Asian common arcade style, where the arches form a long corridor for pedestrians to shelter from the sun and rain. The facade is a cement wall surface, like the base of a lotus flower, with the ground floor exterior wall consisting of continuous arched arcades. The third to seventh floors are made of fair-faced red brick walls, designed with triangular window lintels, small balconies with iron railings, and the top floor's balcony wraps around the entire building's exterior wall. The third floor and the top floor have circular corridors that can serve as fire escape routes and replace the waistline, beautifying the facade. The third-floor facade is decorated with triangular European-style window lintels, and the fourth to fifth floors have some projecting balconies.

If you can't go far, why not take a citywalk. The wind under the parasol tree brings the long-lost coolness of summer. From the lush green plants to the excellent historical buildings, all are healing elements in this citywalk.
1️⃣Net Green Building
The building covered with ivy looks like a green castle in the anime. Located at the intersection of Yongjia Road and Taiyuan Road, you can take a full view of the building from the opposite corner of the street!
2️⃣Romeo's Balcony
'Then window, let day in, and let life out.'
This Spanish-style balcony is very much like the balcony Romeo climbed up, so it is called 'Romeo's Balcony', which sounds very romantic.
3️⃣Rosa Gallica
A flower shop on Wukang Road, a glass room garden, there will be fragrance testing activities from time to time. Flowers and perfumes have a rock-solid attraction for girls.
4️⃣6️⃣8️⃣9️⃣Sinan Mansion
The Sinan Bookstore in picture 4 is a bookstore transformed from the 25th building of Sinan Mansion. The exterior of the old western-style house and the modern interior design collide to create a brilliant spark.
Pictures 8 and 9 of Sinan Mansion's commercial district, with small and elegant restaurants of different cuisines, is a good place to go for a meal on weekends.
5️⃣Wukang Building
A soul building that citywalk can't lack, like a battleship on land, it is also a popular check-in place in recent years.
7️⃣Antique Garden
An antique shop / coffee shop on Sinan Road, very much like the corner shop where magicians appear in the movie.

The first internet celebrity building in Magic City, Wukang Building
Check in at the first internet celebrity building in Magic City, Wukang Building
Wukang Building, built in 1924, has a history of nearly 100 years. It is one of the only three ship-shaped buildings in the world, the first gallery-style apartment building in Shanghai, with French Renaissance architectural style, formerly known as Normandy Apartments.
At the intersection of five roads, the triangular building stands tall. Coupled with the red brick walls all over, it is particularly eye-catching and looks very much like a giant ship ready to set sail.
During the Republic of China, many celebrities and stars lived in Wukang Building, which can be called the residence with the most celebrities in Shanghai. Nowadays, many films have been shot here, and tourists who check in here are endless every day.
With red bricks and tiles overlapping, Wukang Building witnesses the changes and growth of Shanghai, showing people the traces of the blend of ancient and modern times after settling down. for Beautiful China

Under the shadow of the plane trees, all I see is romance | Wukang Road Anfu Road
| Wukang Road Anfu Road.
Shanghai has many beautiful and romantic old neighborhoods. Under the shadow of the plane trees, all I see is romance.
Today, I'm going to visit the top-notch Anfu Road and Wukang Road. I usually get off at Changshu Road Station on Metro Line 1, exit from Exit 8, and walk for about seven or eight minutes along the road sign to Anfu Road. If you keep going, you'll connect to Wukang Road, and if you walk to the end, you'll see the landmark Wukang Building.
Walking, watching and taking pictures along the way, if you're tired, you can just walk into a coffee shop on the side of the road and take a break, so I highly recommend this route!
Anfu Road: The collision of history and culture with modern fashion
