Wu Feng Qi waterfall
#taipei
The Wu Feng Qi waterfall is located in Jiaoxix a hotspring town.
The Wufengqi Falls are named as there are five sharp peaks that stand in a row behind the falls, which look like five triangular banners that usually hang down the back of the war generals costume.
Break into different layers, and we are able to view and admire the fall at the destination viewing points. this fall is easily accessible from Jaioxi Station by taking the tourist green shuttle bus

Taiwan-Jiaoxi-WuFengQi Waterfall
#hikingtrails Hiked more than 20km to finally reach this waterfall in Jiaoxi. Nice scenery along the way passing by farms and small villages and very Taiwan style streets and houses. There is a small village called Deyang Village with lots of Onsen and Spa at the foot of the mountain where WuFengQi waterfall is.
Lots of stairs to climb before you reach the waterfall and it is quite chilly near the waterfall as the waterfall is quite high and water lands on the sight seeing platform.
Best thing to do is go to an Onsen or Spa after the hike 😎

10-minute Walk to See Two Waterfalls
When you visit Jiaoxi in Yilan, it's highly recommended to experience the beauty of the three-tiered waterfall at Wufengqi.
After driving to the Wufengqi parking lot and getting off, you'll find stalls selling specialty snacks, fruits, and local delicacies on both sides before reaching the entrance of the Wufengqi trail. Walk along the trail for about 5 minutes to reach the first tier of the waterfall. Due to weather and falling rocks, the water flow might be weaker. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you'll see the Wufeng Pavilion and hear the roaring sound of the second tier of the waterfall. You can take close-up photos and enjoy the view; it's truly beautiful!
The path up is not difficult to walk, but since the weather wasn't great that day, the ground was a bit slippery. The trail ahead was also closed, so we couldn't explore the third tier of the waterfall.

breath taking view when that was raining day, huge volume of waterfalls compare to normal day ! Caution for slippery stone and walkway ! But it’s a nice photo spot for those who enjoy nature beauty and stunning view of mountain and rocks ! There was some cafe nearby and a cup of coffee after the waterfall is just nice to recommend! Keep in your to dos when you drop in Yilan
