Strolling through the Rynek (Market Square), I was immediately captivated by the colorful townhouses and the impressive Gothic Old Town Hall. The city has a magical feel, partly because of the tiny bronze dwarfs hidden all around—finding them became an unexpected adventure! One of my favorite experiences was crossing Tumski Bridge at sunset, leading to Ostrów Tumski, the city’s oldest part. The gas lamps still being lit by hand every evening add a truly special touch. Another must-see is the Centennial Hall, an architectural gem and UNESCO site, where I caught a spectacular multimedia fountain show. For an unusual perspective, I climbed the Sky Tower, the tallest building in Poland. The panoramic view over Wrocław’s rooftops, winding Oder River, and countless bridges was absolutely worth it.
