#grouptravel Located in the outskirt of Kuala Lumpur with approximately 50 km away (1 hour driving), World of Phalaenopsis is a famous tourist spot in Ulu Yam as one of the largest orchid farm in Malaysia and there are a lot of varieties for sell at a reasonable price!! Admission is FREE of charge even you do not purchase anything and you can take a lottt of instagrammable pictures !!! There is also an in-house cafe here with picturesque waterlily pond view that offering a open and nature garden vibe to you. Under the hot sun, you may get a seat inside the cafe after buying the orchid and order some cold coffees! The price is not cheap but giving this spacious and chilling environment, it is still within an acceptable range. Just an alert here, if you are having ailurophobia, it might not be a good place for you as they are soooooo many cats with kittens walking around 🐱🐱🐱 Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Orchids here are beautiful, advise to travel here by a small car as the entrance to the place is quite narrow. There are plenty of parking spaces, some are even shaded. The best part is that the entrance fee is free and there are wide variaties of colours from pink, yellow, white to name a few. There is also a cafe there were they serve coffee, tea, waffels, even local kuihs and curry puffs! There is also a pond beside the cafe where you get to enjoy the view while sipping on your coffee, there is also ducks and fishes in the pond. We ended up buying a few orchids back along with their fertiliser. They can also help decorate/ design your orchid pot for a small fee which we did not take because we prefer to do it ourself. #fallingforfall #tripblazers

Gotong Jaya Farm and Ulu Yam Farm. Both Farms are easily accessible from Either Bath Cave route and near Batang Kali shop lots. We visited the place last weekend on our way to Genting highland. Spent a few hours in this wonderful place, bought some beautiful orchard and have a lunch at their cafe. It was a beautiful place to visit for those who love plants and orchard. Do check it out.

#malaysiatrip I was being told about this place for years and did not really plan about paying a visit here, although I always come to Ulu Yam every weekend 🌚 So finally made an ad-hoc decision to drop by and it was really beautiful! There were already many flowers at the entrance all the way in. They basically offer different decorated Phalaenopsis flower for different purposes. Not to mention, they also have cafe in about 50metres in, you will see a small lake full of Phalaenopsis, ducks and chicken running around, so much blending into nature! 😆
