I was worried because there hadn't been any snow in Gangwon-do for a while, but I set off with a smile, but there was a lot of snow on the way up, and then there was even more white snow in the main photo zone, Byeolbaragi Forest, so I let out a happy cheer. I visited the birch forest again in winter after 5 years, and I think I got to Byeolbaragi Forest faster than I thought before.. This time, it took longer than I thought..? Is it because I'm old..? 🥺 If you take pictures and do this and that, it will take about 1-2 hours round trip, so it's good to take your time, and the uphill slope isn't too steep, but there are icy roads here and there because the accumulated snow melts and freezes repeatedly, so you must wear crampons! If you park in the birch forest parking lot, you will receive a 5,000 won gift certificate, which you can use to buy crampons at the entrance shop, so please keep that in mind. (If you have crampons that you used before, you can use them to buy other ones!) On the way down, the staff told me to come back again because the birch forest in other seasons is so pretty, and the winter birch forest was so beautiful that I wanted to visit it in other seasons too. #WinterTravelDestination I visited the famous birch forest, a domestic winter travel destination!! The winter trip to the birch forest in Inje was a special experience where you can enjoy a fairytale-like landscape in the clear and cold air. The trees were covered in snow, creating a soft atmosphere. The scenery created by the trees when the snow fell while walking through the forest was truly beautiful. The white snow and the trees in the forest in the quiet atmosphere made me feel like I was the main character in a winter fairy tale. Even though it was a cold winter, the beauty of nature was even more impressive through the trip. ❄️🌲 !! You have to go hiking early because the entrance is until 2 PM until February in the winter season! It is recommended to prepare crampons in advance because they are essential for hiking, or you can buy them at the store in front for 5,000 won! Please note that the mountain is currently partially open and entry is restricted!

🏠 Inje Whispering Birch Forest 🚩 Gangwon Inje-gun Inje-eup Birch Forest Road 760 ⏰ 9 AM - 2 PM. Closed every Monday and Tuesday 📝 The snow-covered birch forest is truly a winter wonderland. During the winter, you can only enter the mountain until 2 PM, and crampons are essential. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the birch grove, and there are restrooms along the way. Parking is a prepayment of 5,000 won, and if you pay, you will receive an Inje gift certificate. With that, I came down the mountain and bought some warm bungeoppang. Crampons are sold at the entrance, but they don't seem to be very good, so I recommend bringing them in advance. #SnowflowerTravel #InjeBirchForest
