"World's Best Travel Destination" Tasmania is truly beautiful.
In this lifetime, we must visit Tasmania! A pure little island at the end of the world, with beautiful mountains, rivers, lakes, and seas, free and romantic; natural grasslands, and isolated islands. Coming here to appreciate nature and listen to our hearts is really a good choice.
Preparation before departure
For flights to Tasmania within Australia, you can bring cosmetics, lighters, and other daily necessities containing liquids with you. Please bring toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. According to relevant Tasmanian regulations, please do not bring vegetables, fruits, or seafood products to the island!
Take measures to keep warm. Although Tasmania has entered spring, there is still a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and the wind on the hills of Wellington is still strong.
Don't worry too much about encountering rainy weather during your travels, as the weather on Tar Island is known for its variability. The clouds will soon disperse and the rain will stop.
Daily traffic:
Plane: Arrive at Hobart Airport and take the airport shuttle bus to the hotel (or use the airport pick-up service provided by the tour group).
Friends in Melbourne can choose the Spirit of Tasmania cruise in addition to flying, sleep on board overnight, and arrive the next morning.
. Self-driving: Not recommended. Tasmania's terrain is winding and can be challenging for unfamiliar drivers. Choose carefully.
One car: It's more cost-effective to travel with multiple people, and local drivers and tour guides are provided. The price is higher, but the itinerary is flexible.
Join a tour: worry-free, cost-effective, led by a professional team for safe and reliable experience.
Group ticket includes: Bruny Island ferry / Wineglass Bay / Freycinet National Park.
Arthur Port ticket: $47/adult, student ticket is $38/person.
(To buy student tickets in Arthur Harbor, both student ID and COE are accepted, or you can log in to the personal page of the school website. The most convenient way is to use the student ID, and an electronic version of the COE is sufficient.)

Beautiful WineGlass Bay
A very beautiful lookout would be the wineglass Bay located at freycinet national Park.
Wineglass bay is popular due to its red and pink granite formation of rocks and it is also voted by several travel authorities one of the best beaches in the entire world.
The hike will not be an easy one as it is a constant upslope and you definitely will work up a sweat in order to get to the lookout, but it will definitely be a very very rewarding one. This is all about taking your time and eventually you will get to the top!
The entire walk will take you a good 1.5 - 2hrs as it is approx 6km round trip.
There is also an additional hike down to the beach and it isn't an easy one too as you know what goes down must come up. But again, the hike down to the beach will be a breathtaking and be rewarded with an amazing view of the white sandy beaches.

Great views at every turn
The view at Wineglass Bay lookout is simply breathtaking! I stand in awe of what Mother Nature has created. It took me 40mins to hike up to the lookout from the car park. There was some elevation and steep slopes on the way up but the views along the way made up for it.
There are a few hiking trails around Wineglass Bay. I did the one that brought me to Suicide Beach, it was a 2.5hr hike. The track is very well maintained. Relatively easy hike apart from the steep downhill steps at one stretch. Saw a few furry friends along the way too :)

Tasmania Wineglass Bay Hike
Wineglass Bay Lookout is a 3km return hike located in Freycinet National Park Tasmania. The closest town is Coles Bay, where we were staying for 2 nights.
Of course, there are much more to do than a simple walk around Wineglass Bay. You can do a short 10 minutes walk, 2 hours walk, half a day walk, kayaking, overnight walk, scenic drive, rock climbing, fishing etc. The hike to the national park is not free. There’s a self-paying box outside the park. We put in $24 per car (up to 8 people).
We did a 1.5 hours return walk to Wineglass Bay Lookout. The track is fairly easy with the steep uphill walk on a rocky, well-constructed track within the Freycinet National Park.#infinitypool #staycation #奢华酒店 #beachlife #themepark

Coles Bay: Gateway to Freycinet’s Wonders
#australiatrip
Coles Bay, a picturesque coastal town on Tasmania’s east coast, serves as the perfect gateway to the stunning Freycinet National Park. My trip to Coles Bay was nothing short of magical, with its breathtaking landscapes and serene atmosphere. The town itself is charming, with friendly locals and cozy accommodations that make you feel right at home. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the iconic Wineglass Bay, where the pristine white sands and turquoise waters create a postcard-perfect scene. Hiking the trails around the Hazards mountain range offered spectacular views and a chance to encounter local wildlife, including wallabies and diverse bird species. The bay’s calm waters were ideal for kayaking, providing a unique perspective of the rugged coastline. Dining at local eateries, I indulged in fresh seafood, particularly the renowned Tasmanian oysters. Whether you’re exploring the scenic lookouts, embarking on a boat tour, or simply relaxing by the water, Coles Bay offers an unforgettable experience that beautifully showcases Tasmania’s natural splendor

"A Hidden Gem: Wingless Bay in Tasmania"
I recently visited Wingless Bay in Tasmania with my partner, and it was nothing short of breathtaking! The serenity of the crystal-clear waters against the dramatic coastline made us feel like we’d found our own little paradise. The bay’s soft, white sands were perfect for a romantic walk, and the surrounding nature was vibrant and unspoiled. We enjoyed spotting local wildlife, and the panoramic views were postcard-worthy at every turn.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with natural beauty at every corner, Wingless Bay is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommend bringing a picnic and staying for the sunset—it’s unforgettable!

35 Days in Australia - Tasmania (3).
Day 3: Wineglass Bay
We set off from Launceston this morning, heading to the famous Wineglass Bay.
We first passed through Campbell Town, a historic town with many buildings over a hundred years old. We made a point of stopping to see three places: a World War I memorial with the words "Lest we forget" engraved on it and two cannons beside it, a colorful human-shaped tree sculpture, and a beautifully shaped red ancient bridge. In the town, we met an elderly American couple who told us that they came to Australia from Oregon in June, bought a camper van, and have been traveling around Australia, living and eating in the van. They will return to the US in a month and sell the van before they leave. I really admire them for living more freely and happily than us.
On the way, we made a detour to Ross, where there is a famous bakery (Ross Village Bakery), said to be the inspiration for the bakery in Hayao Miyazaki's anime "Kiki's Delivery Service." Their vanilla cake is also said to be the best in Tasmania. We stopped at the bakery for a break and ordered coffee and cake, which were indeed delicious. There were many elderly people in the shop. I really liked this bakery and this town, which was very charming and comfortable.
After that, we went to Coles Bay and Wineglass Bay.
Coles Bay is known for its beautiful natural scenery, surrounded by white sandy beaches and mountains, forming a tranquil and charming bay view.
Hiking to the lookout point overlooking Wineglass Bay, you can see the clear blue water and silver-white sandy beach, which is breathtakingly beautiful. The hike takes about 45 minutes, and although it was tiring, we persevered. Hiking allows you to experience the charm of nature, and we saw many strange rocks and trees, as well as kangaroos along the way. Overall, Wineglass Bay is a place worth visiting, with its sunny weather and reputation as one of the world's top ten most beautiful beaches.

Wineglass Bay
#beachlife Ranked and totally agree that it is one of the best beach's in Australia if not the world -and everyone has to add as a "MUST VISIT" List - Breathtaking view. What an incredible place! Absolutely breathtaking - quite literally with the walk down, but I cannot recommend making the trek enough. Such a beautiful part of the world, we sat in the beach for ages just taking in the views. Can’t imagine how gorgeous it would be in summer with warmer weather! Absolutely worth the walk

|The World's Top Ten Most Enchanting Bays - Wineglass Bay. Nestled between the Hazards mountains on the east coast peninsula, the mountains display a beautiful array of pink and grey marble peaks, which are part of the Freycinet National Park. Just over the ridge, the magnificent view of Wineglass Bay comes into sight. The bay is known for its pristine white beaches and the turquoise curves of the ocean, creating an unforgettable image. Sparkling White Sand & Clear Blue Waters
Tasmania is a popular destination for travellers who love the outdoors, nature and clear blur waters with sparkling white sandy beaches. You should head to WineGlass Bay
Wineglass bay walk is one of the most beautiful iconic beaches you can find in tasmania and generally its an easy walk but not wheelchair friendly especially if you want to head down to the bay area. There is a long flight of steps down to the beach which will take you about 45 mins just to walk down, but of course to come back up, that's the only way back! But do take your time to absorb the nature around you and the view down at the bay area is so worth it that you won't regret the walk down and the climb up!

It seems that several of Australia's top beaches are on the east. The White Paradise Beach in the Whitsunday Islands of Queensland is Australia's most beautiful white sand beach and one of the best white beaches in the world, and Tasmania is the only one in Australia. The best beach bay in the island is naturally on the east coast. As a must-see in Tasmania, Wine Bay is a part of the Freycinet National Park on the East Coast Peninsula with its staggered pink and grey marble peaks. In this piece of pure land, there is no outside interference, crossing the ridge of Hess, overlooking the snow-white beach, like the foam along the wine glass, the sea and the sky, the sparkling, the waves kiss the white sand, the scenery is extremely charming. Wineglass Bay has also been rated as one of the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The stunning scenery, the perfect curve of the white sand beach and blue-green ocean of the bay outlines the most memorable natural picture of Tajima. Ascending the ridges of Hermes, the eyes are suddenly open, and there is a stunning and magnificent picture in front of you: the white bay and the blue-green ocean outline a wonderful arc and curve. The silvery white beaches are as perfect as the edges of the wine glasses, with a well-defined half-moon shape, the breeze blowing, and the blue waters of the bay are crystal clear.
jiajiatravel.
It takes about an hour to walk from the parking lot to the observation deck of Wineglass Bay. The difficulty of walking is basically negligible.
It takes about 1.5 hours to get off the wine glass bay observation deck to the wine glass beach. It is a little difficult, but there is no choice to descend to the beach considering the follow-up itinerary.
Wineglass Bay hiking route map, of course, the hiking route is far more than one wineglass bay, if time permits, you can stay a few more days, walk different routes, go to different beaches, are very beautiful.
Overlooking Wineglass Bay from a height, it is one of the ten most beautiful bays in the world and one of the top 10 best beaches in the world. The perfect curves of white sand beach and blue-green ocean make for an unforgettable picture. Looking like a glass of blue and green wine, waiting for passers-by to taste.
Wineglass Bay is going out to Swansea town lunch, it is said that the seafood there is very good. There are a lot of great hotels near
wineglass bay. If time permits, we must stop, we just have time to rush to the next stop, so we have to leave the regrets for the next time.
