Just take one day off for a spontaneous trip to Boracay Island
Just one day off is enough to enjoy Boracay Island. If you're longing for this popular island destination, hurry up and make arrangements!
📍Transportation (Airport to City)
From Boracay Airport to the hotel, you need to take a bus, then a crab boat, followed by a Tutu, with a one-way trip taking about 3-4 hours. No need to book in advance, just go to the Southwest counter after leaving the airport to buy a combined bus and boat ticket.
🚠City Transportation
Staying in the D Mall area, you can walk to commercial streets, Willy's Rock, and Friday Beach among other attractions. For beaches a bit further away, you can take a Tutu car.
🩵Day 1: Dmall-Willy's Rock-Friday Beach-Sunset Sailing
No kidding, I could spend a whole day at D-Mall. There are quite a few popular attractions nearby, such as Willy's Rock. It's better to go early, as it gets crowded in the afternoon.
At sunset, you can experience sunset sailing. Then check in at the popular restaurants along the street, and when night falls, go bar hopping.
🩵Day 2: Magic Island & Crystal Cove Island Hopping
Island hopping in Boracay isn't just about snorkeling and water activities, you can also try cliff diving. If you're scared, start with the three-meter diving board. The water below is shallow, and life jackets are provided, so there's no need to worry about drowning.
On Crystal Cove Island, you can enjoy the fun of sea fishing, which is challenging but interesting.
🩵Day 3: Tour of Popular Beaches
Besides the area around D-Mall, there are many popular beaches on Boracay Island.
For example, Puka Beach where Fish Leong held her wedding, and Bulabog Beach known for kite surfing.
Additionally, you can climb to the top of Mount Luho for a 360-degree unobstructed view of the entire beauty of Boracay Island.
