Nostalgic check-in restaurant 🫖🍵
This time we went to a nostalgic photo-taking restaurant. The decoration of West Point is full of Hong Kong feelings from the 1970s and 1980s, which is unique. Come for tea in the afternoon and have a good sense of space.
The fin-filled soup dumplings look very attractive, with large dumplings soaked in the crystal clear soup. The soup is sweet and clear, full of the freshness of chicken broth and seafood, which warms the stomach. The dumplings have a thin but not rotten skin and a rich filling, with shark fin, shrimp and pork. They are richly layered and delicious. This shark fin soup dumpling really has the style of a high-end restaurant in the past. It's worth a try.
The crab seed shrimp siu-mai is dotted with a little crab seed on top. Each siu-mai is filled with shrimp and pork, which is bouncy.
The sweet and sour ribs here are sweet and sour pork, red in color and moderately sweet and sour. The ribs are fried until golden brown and tossed with sweet and sour sauce, which is full of sweet and sour taste in every bite.
The fried beef with spring onion is made from tender beef slices and stir-fried with spring onion, which is delicious. The beef was cooked just right, tender and juicy.
Fried rice noodles with bay leaves, the rice noodles are thick, with the unique aroma of bay leaves giving the whole dish more layers, plus the ingredients, such as sprouts and onions, every bite is full of aroma and mouth. The dessert after the meal is mini puffs, the cream inside is smooth and not greasy.
