《🇰🇷The trendiest new Korean restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui🌟|Special kimchi wine + Melona popsicle mocktail🍹》
There is a new Korean restaurant! ANJU is a combination of a restaurant and a bar, located on the top floor of Elements Plaza, with a very chill atmosphere! The playful neon design makes me feel like I've been to Itaewon in Seoul☺️
The restaurant offers a variety of Korean drinks, the most special ones must be the kimchi wine Kimchi Mary🥂 and Melona strawberry Mocktail. The original popsicles are perfect for checking in and are delicious! The dishes include Korean and Western kimchi burrata cheese 🧀, as well as soy sauce scallops and abalone. Even the desserts are very creative 🍮 Appetizers and main dishes are about $168-$208, and desserts are only $78, which is a good value for money in a high-end shopping mall 👍

▫️Scallop and Abalone in Soy Sauce ($178)
[Recommendation🌟] Soy sauce dishes have always been a famous dish in Korea. This time it is no longer soy sauce crab, but Hokkaido scallops and abalone marinated in secret soy sauce🥰. The taste is sweet and delicious, and it is garnished with salmon roe, which adds more freshness💓
▫️Native tomatoes, pickles, burrata cheese ($168)
[Recommendation🌟] Western salad mixed with Korean elements ~ Light and soft burrata cheese, served with crispy seaweed, seasoned with basil, kimchi and sesame oil. The staff recommends eating it layer by layer😂, feeling all the salty, sweet and spicy flavors in one bite, it is an addictive taste🥹
▫️Grilled pork belly ($208)
The flavorful grilled pork belly 🐷 has a moderate fat-to-lean ratio. It is served with lettuce, cabbage or basil leaves. The secret sauce, chili and garlic are added to balance the slightly greasy taste of the pork belly.
▫️Korean fried chicken ($198) 🍗
We specially selected the three yellow chickens with stronger meat flavor, and then fried them twice to make crispy fried chicken~ Then we mixed sugar, vinegar, chili sauce and soy sauce and fried them together, but the overall Korean chili sauce flavor and sweetness were not prominent enough, and it felt a bit inadequate 😆
▫️Oat milk pudding ($78)
Oatmeal milk pudding with rich milk flavor 🍮, paired with corn flakes and persimmons to create multiple tastes ~ The corn flakes are crispy and the persimmons are soft ~
▫️Stewed Pear ($78)
The pear flesh is sweet and refreshing, and it is surprisingly paired with rice crackers, ginger ice cream, dried dates and almonds. I can't forget the combination of ginger ice cream and dried dates. The light ginger juice and pears are mixed together, slightly spicy and stimulating.
▫️Kimchi Mary ($128)
[Recommendation🌟] A cocktail that will give you a surprise! ! 😍😍Added kimchi elements, combined with gin, soju, sweet vermouth and lime juice ~ It tastes like cold kimchi soup, with a spicy kimchi flavor, and another bunch of kimchi to taste🤣
▫️Melona Strawberry Mocktail ($98)
[Recommendation🌟] For friends who can’t drink alcohol, we recommend you to try the Melona series mocktail! A mixture of Yakult, Sprite and dried fruits, paired with Korean Melona popsicles. You can choose from 3 flavors: strawberry, melon or mango. The strawberry flavor has fruit pulp 🍓. Although it's evil to have a whole popsicle, it tastes good, like drinking milkshake~
