Wat That Noi or Wat Phra That Noi

Established by the wish of Father Than Klai (Phra Khru Phisit Atthakan), a highly revered monk in the South, whose disciples and people who respect and believe in Father Than Klai believe in the sacredness of his words, saying what he will do. He often gives blessings to everyone, asking for happiness and happiness. Father Than Klai Wachasit is known as the angel of Mueang Kon, the god of the South. The people of Mueang Kon are very devoted and believe in him. He enshrined the relics and remains of Father Than Klai in a glass coffin in the chedi. Currently, Father Than Klai Wachasit's remains are enshrined in the chedi at this location, making it a memorial chedi for Father Than Klai. Phra Than Klai is a builder, writer, Vipassana practitioner, etc. Phor Than Klai once composed a poem to ordain the monks as follows: "Ten precepts by establishing, keeping by hoping, all precepts, two hundred and twenty-seven are finished, should be considered, Ten precepts are dimmed, two hundred deaths." Phor Than Klai passed away on December 5, 1970 at 23.05 hrs., aged 96. Wat That Noi has an area of 46 rai, built on the land that Mr. Klap Ngamprom donated to Phor Than Klai. So he built Phra That Noi in 1961, enshrining the relics of the Lord Buddha and the body of Phor Than Klai, the sacred words in Wat Phra That Noi, so it is considered a memorial stupa of Phor Than Klai.
