Let me introduce you to a different area in Bangkok. This area is called the riverside.
This temple is located in a nice neighborhood and next to the Peninsula Hotel where a lot of people stay. Furthermore IconSiam is also located in that area and from there you can take a free shuttle to the other side of the river.
The temple itself has a couple of buildings that are designed very individual. Please be aware that you have to cover sour shoulders and knees when you want to enter the temple.
In the area there are a lot of restaurants and hotels and you can find a lot of activities there #tripblazers

Bangkok, Thailand is a world-famous tourist resort city, with thousands of tourists coming here for sightseeing and vacation every day. The Chao Phraya River is the mother river of Bangkok and even the whole of Thailand. Various business districts and attractions are gathered on both sides of the Chao Phraya River. This time we will introduce a one-day tour of the Chao Phraya River’s landmark business district temples. All attractions are free to visit and take photos📸, no tickets required.
Itinerary introduction: Take the BTS Gold Line to Charoen Nakhon เจริญนคร station, or take a boat to Iconsiam Pier, and first visit Bangkok’s largest river view park, ICONSIAM PARK ไอคอนสยามพาร์ค. The park is not small, equivalent to the size of a football field. There is a small artificial lake in the park. The various arrangements are very literary and fresh. The river view and architectural landscape are very spectacular, suitable for taking photos 📸 and checking in. After visiting the park, you can go to the largest shopping mall nearby, Siam ICON (ไอคอนสยาม), which has eight floors and brings together various world and local Thai brands. There is also a food center and many chain restaurant brands and coffee shops on the first floor. It is a great place for leisure shopping. There are also many exquisite decorations in the mall, which is suitable for taking photos. Finally, after crossing the shopping mall overpass, you will see Bangkok’s famous royal temple: Wat Suwan (วัดสุวรรณ). The temple was built during the early Ayutthaya period of the Siamese dynasty and has a history of hundreds of years. The temple building is tall and majestic, and the exterior decoration reflects the early Siamese cultural and artistic style. It is definitely a great place to take photos.
