The urn is large and was built in a Mon-Thai style. ▪️ “Sala Din” or Vihara Thong is an ancient building from the Ayutthaya period, over 300 years old. It is a Thai-style building with a gable roof and a Brahma roof. There are garlands all around and it is covered with Kabu tiles. The eaves are made into triangular pediments with curved ends in the shape of a praying deity alternating with lotus flowers. Inside are two important Buddha images.
