Phra Sri Ariya Temple
There is a golden chapel worth a hundred million baht. The chapel is in the style of late Ayutthaya art, decorated with stucco patterns, murals of the Mahajanaka, the Ten Lives of the Five Kings, and the principal Buddha image in the chapel is a Burmese style Mara-Vijaya Buddha image made entirely of white jade, brought from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. In addition, there is a pair of Buddha images at the temple, namely Phra Si Ariya, an ancient Buddha image in the style of Phra Si Ariya, which has distinctive features: a palm leaf fan in front of the Buddha image, and pleated robes similar to Buddha images from the Gandhara period. #WinterAttractions #WatPhraSiAriya

📞Hello Hello, I heard it and answered.
Come see Wat Phra Sri Araya, which used to be an abandoned temple, but has now been renovated to be beautiful. The chapel looks like it is made of gold. It is called the hundred million church. It took 37 years to build.
This temple is located in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province. The principal Buddha image is carved from white jade from Myanmar. It is a Buddha image in the Mara-Vijaya posture, Burmese art.
The temple has a "Buddhist children" project to attend a Buddhist training camp for youths during the summer.

Wat Phra Si Ari, Ratchaburi Province
Wat Phra Si Ari is located in Photharam District. It has a very large golden ordination hall that reflects the golden light, which can be quite dazzling. Upon closer inspection, you can see the intricate Thai patterns and designs, not just a simple gold coating.
Inside, the hall is spacious and cool, featuring a white principal Buddha image and another Buddha image holding something similar to a fan, but with only the frame, which I have never seen before.
In the merit-making pavilion, there are women weaving coconut leaves (I think) into durian shapes, something I have never seen before either. 🤩
