Luang Pho To is a Buddha statue in the Pa Lelai posture, U Thong style, Suphan Buri (meaning sitting with his feet dangling). Inside the Buddha statue are 36 relics of the Lord Buddha, which were obtained from Phra Maha Thera Lai Lai. This is an ancient temple that is approximately 1,200 years old. Locals generally call it the Forest Temple. Inside the chapel is where Luang Pho To is enshrined.
Wat Pa Lelai is related to the famous Thai literature, namely the epic poem Khun Chang Khun Phaen and Nirat Mueang Suphan by Sunthorn Phu.
