Siri Maha Uma Devi Temple is so called Wat Khaek temple.
In Thai, they call it crouching. It was built in 1879 by a group of Tamis who immigrated to Thailand. It was only a small old building when it was built. At present, the architecture of the temple, which is almost 150 years old, is typical of South India. It's very grand and beautifully crafted, with reliefs and colors.
Inside the temple, there is a statue of Sirimaha Uma Devi, the mother, and other gods such as Brahma, Vishnu His mother, It is worshiped surrounded by Hindu deities such as Lakshmi. His mother is the queen of Lord Shiva, one of the three Hindu gods.
