Morning of Hua Sao
"Good Morning, Mrs. Hua"
It has been more than 10 years since the last time I ate at Hua Sao. The first time I ate there was when I walked all the way to Ping Shan in Yuen Long. This separation is more than 10 years.
Nowadays, Hua Sao is open in the city, but there is no special urge to eat. I was passing by Tsim Sha Tsui that morning. I couldn't think of what to have for breakfast, so I just happened to see him!
Signature milk tea
Rich and smooth, the ratio of tea to milk is just right, good to drink!
The signature seven pineapple buns
It was my favorite combination, the pineapple crust was crispy, sandwiched with juicy eggs and tomatoes, and large pieces of butter, and salty and sweet unusually combined, good!
Penang Laksa Pork Chop Soup Noodles
The large bowl is full of portion, the golden-colored laksa is rich in flavor, and has a peanut flavor. Coupled with the loosely sliced pork chop, this La Salle is better than many restaurants that specialize in tofu.
Many people say that the quality of restaurants that have opened branches can't be maintained, but I think Hua's wife still keeps it, which is quite surprising!
