The Wanshou Temple in Beijing was built in the fifth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1577) and was rebuilt several times by the Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty; Emperor Shunzhi, Kangxi, Qianlong and Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, especially the Empress Dowager Cixi of the Qing Dynasty. , the architectural pattern of the garden as a whole, has the reputation of "the small Forbidden City in the west of Beijing". Wanshou Temple has deep courtyards and broad buildings, Qionglou Yuyu, carved beams and painted buildings, which are extremely magnificent. In the meantime, there are curved corridors, imperial book stele pavilion, bluestone rockery, ancient road underground palace, green pines and green cypresses, covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters. The temple is divided into east, middle and west roads. The middle road is the main building, and there are seven courtyards inside the mountain gate. East Road is the Abbot's Courtyard and Garden. The West Road was changed to the Palace Court during the Qianlong period.
