Wagyu 47 is a top-tier BBQ brand under the Kanpai Group, located on the 47th floor of Breeze Nanshan. As soon as you step into the restaurant, you can see large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the view of Taipei city from any seat. This time, we were lucky enough to sit with a view of Taipei 101 right behind us 🥰 The menu at Wagyu 47 is named after the four seasons, with spring dishes being featured. They offer new seasonal dishes according to the time of year 🤤 This time, we tried the Spring Elegance Set, which includes 9 exquisite dishes, priced at 3880 TWD + 10% service charge! Although the price is on the higher side, the restaurant offers an extreme scenic view, professional BBQ service, and high-quality Wagyu beef, making it a BBQ restaurant worth trying 😋 ✅A5 Wagyu PRUNIER Caviar Hand Roll The entire box of caviar from the century-old French top caviar brand CAVIAR HOUSE & PRUNIER is served at the table. For the first bite, taste the original flavor by scooping a small spoonful into the palm of your hand, warming it with your body temperature for about 5 seconds. The caviar bursts open in your mouth with a salty and fragrant taste, truly delicious! The second way to eat it is with A5 Wagyu raw beef, Yamagata Prefecture rice, and Japanese seaweed, topped with a spoonful of caviar, enjoying an explosion of flavors 🤩 ✅Appetizer: Wagyu Raw Beef Trio Wagyu sushi, tartare, and raw beef rolls. The most memorable was the minced beef topped with crab meat, Parmesan cheese, and mullet roe, creating a unique flavor when combined 👍 ✅Today's Selected Trio Three cuts of Wagyu beef: tongue, special brisket, and special diced cut, one piece each per person. My favorite was the thick-cut tongue with salt and lemon, the chewy texture paired with the salty and fragrant lemon flavor, absolutely delicious 💕 ✅Special Wagyu with Tsukimi Sauce The finely marbled beef is cut into thin slices, which heat quickly and evenly. Dip the Wagyu slices in Tsukimi sauce, then place them in a bowl of rice. The combination of the three ingredients is smooth and tender, with the egg yolk coating the rice grains, making it super tempting 😍 ✅Selected Wagyu Steak with Colorful Vegetables Today we chose Australian Wagyu ribeye, which combines the tenderness of filet with the elasticity of ribeye. Paired with seasonal vegetables, the bottom layer includes sea salt and yuzu miso sauce for the steak 👍 The meat is cut open to reveal a pink, juicy interior, making you want to eat more! ✅Wagyu Soup A pot of broth is served, mimicking the style of Tainan beef soup. Pour the broth over the raw beef slices in the bowl, letting the beef soak in the hot broth until it reaches a medium-rare state, super tender! ✅Seasonal Kamameshi Sakura shrimp rice cooked with bonito broth and Qixing rice, topped with plenty of sakura shrimp and garnished with sakura, full of seasonal flavor! ✅Premium A5 Wagyu Sirloin Sandwich The fried A5 Wagyu sirloin is cooked to medium-rare, paired with buttery toasted sandwich bread, crispy and delicious, you can eat one after another 😋
